What a load of garbage. Bought 2 devices from Argos, one being the Essentials and the other being one with AI on it and they are the worst mistakes of my life. I didnt test and open them immediately as I was setting my sons room up so only opened after completion, which means I passed my 1 month return window with Argos and I have had nothing but issues, device being plugged in and on (light is on, night light is also on) but according to the app its off, this is constant, which makes it unsafe to use as you cannot monitor your child properly as you dont know if your going to receive any notifications. The same with the Essentials which comes with a screen, doesnt record motion immediately, doesnt record for long enough and also had many issues with this as there was days you would see no footage as 'no motion has been detected'
Honestly save your money, you'd expect with the price that you would be receiving high end experience but id rather have a cheap 30 pound camera from Amazon than this.
The customer service is terrible, cannot ring and speak to someone, it is all done via email. And even then your not waiting 24-48hrs for a response but days and weeks.

Baby tracking problems
I am sharing this device with my wife. For some reason, it is not able to share the baby tracker features, so I cannot see what she share with me. Also the app freezes everything. I do not recommended the product. It does not have support.

Absolutely shocking. Every time I have my grandaughter to stay over I have to spend around 2 hours resetting the camera!! Terrible performance

I LOVE our HubbleClub monitor so much. Now with 2 kids it’s so easy to go back and forth between both systems and I appreciate all of the customer service I’ve ever gotten with them. I love the amount app, the notifications, the reliability and all of it.

Absolutely horrendous product and even worse customer service. After a few months it stopped registering our baby's movements.... An actual safety hazard. They refused to refund or send us a new product. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

Worst customer service. Expensive monitor that keeps freezing after only a year of using it. Takes weeks for a reply and get told they can’t help as it’s not in warranty. Disgusting and pathetic. Would not recommend monitor to anyone. Awful.

Don't Bother Couldn't connect the camera to the app…
Couldn't connect the camera to the app anymore, got a little advice but the app locked me out, I had to make 2/3 additional accounts to gain access. I tried a number I found online and was told my area was email customer service. So I cancelled my subscription, twice, because I tapped the wrong "button" , so I did the cancellation steps again. Upon seeing they'd taken money for another subscription, some 7 months after I'd cancelled, obviously I got in touch. WOW. Rotten customer service, after being told no no no, you never cancelled. I kept asking for the matter to be escalated, stayed on them. After weeks of persistence, it was discovered there had been a cancellation, but I'd immediately signed up again. They wouldn't acknowledge the fact that this seemingly new information would indicate their initial response was not correct, nor why they didn't find this at first.No way would they concede if this mistake was uncovered, perhaps they'd find the second cancellation, made a minute later. No, no no, at one point the guy, Chetan, informed me of what weeks and months meant, this little guy took messing with the customer to another level, I know nobody dreamed that one day they'd become a customer service worker but you've got a job, so do it, don't mess around. Avoid, I've a funny feeling that a LOT of people have experienced the same go away game and subscription cancellation is ignored, nice side earner, I'd be interested to learn how many times this happens, how many customers don't notice. Do you screenshot everything you do online? Well if you go ahead with these guys, be sure you do, the app doesn't work to cancel and emailing you'd like to cancel isn't enough for them. Very bad policy around subscriptions and the bots manning the email service aren't very efficient. AVOID!

DO NOT BUY ANY HUBBLECLUB MONITORS! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST QUALITY, TERRIBLE TECH. The camera constantly is 'not respond' constantly needing 'restarting' sometimes several times. Even when our internet is 100% all other devices are working well in the house, the Hubble constantly loses connection. Please buy literally anything else.

We had a missing part in our box and customer service shipped us a quick replacement to fix the issue, happy with the communication and assistance they provided us with so we can use the monitor for our newborn!

Honestly I had high hopes for this camera. As a first time parent I liked all the features the app provided, like tracking feedings, babies growth, sleep, and the music and little stories it includes with the premium membership. I liked that I could use my phone and the baby monitor as well- all handy features. However I have had this camera monitor now for over 10 months and the camera constantly goes offline- all day long even though my wifi connection has no problems. Then I have to disconnect and restart the camera which is disruptive to my babies sleep. I would have gaps in the night footage because of this and then cant even track her sleep properly. The music feature also stopped working properly after a while and would just not even load the song, or it would load the incorrect song. Another thing is the little green light on the camera which indicates its connected to the wifi & on is super bright, which would not let the room be pitch black- so if tour baby is sensitive to any light during sleep as mine was- this is going to be an issue@ i had to get some tape and some paper to cover it. Honestly for the price I expected consistency and unfortunately its not it. I wouldnt recommend this to someone because its so expensive and isn't reliable.

It's not horrible, and gets the job done. It does need restarted sometimes. But overall some good features, and decent video/audio.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. The monitor goes offline multiple times a week even though it’s plugged in, has WiFi and current software. I hate having gaps in coverage of my baby’s night. I used the sound function and it was stuck on for a day until I unplugged it. Then it wouldn’t turn back on for a month. I expected way more for the price I paid.

The entire camera and monitoring system I am obsessed with the picture is beyond clear.. Only issue is in having trouble connecting Hubble connected accessories to each other and the camera. Will be reaching out to customer service otherwise I am OBSESSED with products and Brand
Do NOT waste your money on this monitor
This is by far the most frustrating baby monitor I’ve ever used. The app is clunky, not intuitive, and half the time it just doesn’t work at all. When it does connect, the video quality is awful — grainy and blurry, which completely defeats the purpose of having a monitor for peace of mind.
It constantly struggles to connect to Wi-Fi, even when every other device in my home works fine. On top of that, when the charging cord stopped working, replacing it turned into a nightmare. Customer service was slow, unhelpful, and after weeks of back-and-forth, their “solution” was for me to send money via PayPal — which I found unprofessional and untrustworthy.
This product is overpriced for what you get, unreliable, and backed by poor support. I wish I had read more honest reviews before buying. Save yourself the headache and choose a different monitor.

It took me forever to fully get it connected and then when I did get it connected I didn't get no picture through the little monitor itself and when you unplug it it you have to reconnect it I didn't like the fact that you have to reconnect it every time when it should just stay connected
