It was a great service

Working with Huck Logistics was easy. Tom Ross did a great job communicating with me and always responded promptly.

I cannot attest to the actual service of the fleet drivers of this company because I was merely gathering I information for a friend who wound up in hospital & was in need of help getting his car to NJ. However, I did have pleasant encounter with Bill Smith, who was prompt to provide a very reasonable quote & much additional information which was helpful. He was courteous, answered questions & followed up.

Quoted $1500 for a car delivery. Once on hand another quote for another $1500. Once delivered then another $150.
I will not recommend this company to any person. If you are ok paying double of initial quote even if stated no extra charge on agreement, then go ahead. Not a trusty broker to do business with.

I recently shipped my car from Texas to North Carolina using Hugo Logistics, and overall the experience was smooth and reliable.
While Mr. Bill was a bit inconsistent with check-ins from pickup through delivery, the company itself was very professional, communicative, and easy to work with. Everything was handled efficiently, my vehicle arrived safely, and the process felt well-organized from start to finish.
I appreciate how responsive the team was and how seamless they made the transport. I would definitely recommend Hugo Logistics to anyone needing dependable auto shipping services.
