Phone wasn’t charging. Within 5 minutes it was sorted and turns out the port just needed cleaning. Got it done free of charge the man just asked me to write a review. Great service.

Went in there 2 months ago, because I cracked my phone screen, it was a iPhone 12 had it for a few years, absolutely no problem, got it fixed and that, but the last two months I’ve been getting warnings on my phone that it’s over heating, the speakers has stopped working and it keeps turning off, they placed the most awful screen protector on the phone and it cracked again from one feet high, obviously the screen on the phone wasn’t great either, as it was that easy to crack, cheap things being used, the battery percentage went down after being there too, I went down today to get a refund and they wouldn’t give me one but I had my pink slip receipt and still wouldn’t even offer to fix it, the woman on the counter was dog ignorant and went into my phone and started going though my screen time saying it’s my fault that my phone battery is bad and saying it’s my fault over and over again, even tho that wasn’t her business what my screen time was, do not go here. Big scammers, avoid at all cost,I bought a drone which didn't work, didn't fly at all, specifications says flyes 200 m and camera HD. Camara is not even 480p, the drone didn't fly at all.

I went to talk with the manager, expecting a responsibility, expecting a replace or refund, or in-store cash refund and nothing, he said "is not he's fault that the drone is not working" "you cannot have big expectations of a drone bought from here" went they even have signs of "Top quality 4K HD camera, 200 m Fly distance".

He said they have a refund policy of 30 days, I bought mine 2 days ago and he said "with drones is different policy".

Disgrace.

Cheap products sold very expensive.
They don’t give recites, and don’t take any complaints into consideration.

Very poor customer service
Headphones broke after 2 days, cushion piece fell off and got lost. Refused to return to factory as piece was missing. Didn't care that piece was missing due to headphones being faulty. Told me my warranty was with the factory and he had no contract with me even though consumer rights say that contract is between shop and customer. Lesson learned to buy from better established shops with proper customer service.

Poor customer service in Hugmie Dun Laoghaire. If the item is faulty , they are not taking it back even after one day of purchase. Never recommend. Never buy anything from this shop anymore 😔

Absolutely ridiculous got my phone repaired front and back glass the screen was Temu and fake with really bad borders across the screen after charging me 200€ then the back glass had bubbles in it with the camera lense of my iPhone falling apart with a rattling noise in it too do not go to this shop there scammers robbed 350€ of me in total

Scammers.. selling goods that are broken manufactured wrong to younger kids who know no better basically selling all the bad batches then refuse to exchange
Everyone who works there are the type that calls and tells you that you need to pay them or the bank Will close your account

Temu-level products with abysmal customer service when they inevitably break.

I went in to their Henry Street store and when I got home I found they charged me €29.98 for a €14.99 Stitch toy and no one picking up the phone!

Shop sold a faulty bb gun, when I went back to return it 2 days later with the receipt, they refused to refund me. Dodgy business with illegal practices. Avoid like the plague

DONT GO HERE I got a screen replacement for a iPhone 15 pro the man doing the repairs in Cavan said it was 120 hrtz and amoled it is neither also started to bleed after less then a day of use and lag when I called he said I damaged it and it’s my fault and wouldn’t replace or fix the screen even tho it was faulty from get go
