I gave Humalingo a fair try and it didn't deliver. What it produced wasn't good, and the tool didn't work the way it's advertised. Customer service is basically non-existent: hard to reach, and when they did respond they were unhelpful and unwilling to make anything right. Save your money. I don't recommend this to anyone.

This service is absolutely terrible. The customer service is especially awful. I only used it one time, could not figure out how to cancel it, and was charged.
When I requested a refund, they claimed I had âused the serviceâ. I only used it once during the free trial period on the literal first day. I also think the âlogged activityâ was me trying to locate the cancel button which I couldnât find. The email just sends generic auto replies. I really think they are just hoping people donât cancel. I also explained that I am a struggling college student and this puts a massive weight on me. They do not care. Absolutely a scammy garbage business that doesnât care about people at all.
