They say they ship in 6-12 days, I am at 15 days and 2 emails to customer service with no answers. You also cannot cancel your order without reaching out to customer service, who don't answer. Avoid this scam hole at all costs.

Love this brand, got a few clothing items, great quality items, love that the different styles they have. Literally my favourite new brand for casual and sports wear! Just got their new running items and feels like great!

Ich verstehe, dass man bei der Bestellung zögert, und es dauert auch extrem lang, aber das Warten hat sich gelohnt. Der Preis ist zwar hoch, aber das spielt keine Rolle, und am Ende bin ich mit der Qualität sowie der Größe auch zufrieden, wobei hier das Motto gilt: umso größer, umso besser.

Want to return an item but there is no mechanism to do this on the site. UK law requires companies to offer returns within 14 days of receipt, so I contacted the company via their contact form and via instagram but after more than a week, have received no reply. I see this is a problem for many customers, and wish I had read trustpilot before ordering here.

They don't reply on email of DM's, they don't give a return address and so they don't refund. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

Great quality stuff, took a bit to arrive but im really satisfied with what i got for the money

I ordered the Japanese leopard print football jersey, which turned out to be too big. I wasn't looking to return it, just to exchange it for a better size. I emailed Human by Nature. No response. I contacted them via their website portal, but still nothing. I even tried through PayPal, but because I used their store credit system, I wasn't eligible to open a proper dispute, which is extremely frustrating and unclear.

To make matters worse, PayPal customer service tried to contact them on two separate occasions on my behalf, and they still never replied. So, after multiple attempts through different channels, and literally weeks of silence, I’ve been left stuck with something I can’t wear but paid £55.00 for.

It's not the product that’s the problem. It's the complete lack of basic customer service. A simple reply and an exchange would’ve solved it. Disappointed and definitely won’t be buying again.

I ordered a jersey and the quality is good, some people talk about the sizing but it's perfect. it is aligned on european size and not american size so keep it in mind while ordering

For the price you pay, I expect some customer service. It’s been 2 weeks and the tracking code says no log of order being made. 2 weeks and counting without package… respond to your emails!

Ordered a shirt over 3 weeks ago and they still haven't sent it even though they said 7-10 day delivery. They’ve also ignored me every time I’ve tried to reach out.
