absolute rip off paid £60 and got nothing they just take your money then when i went to resit yep youve got it they want more money for the same test ,, stay away there are much more better out there

Zero would have been a better representation of this course! the info given is basic to the point a child could answer the questions without the videos!
you should be ashamed of yourselves for even thinking this set of courses is useful to anyone!

Not why I passed buy why I failed?
When I failed the course you didn't give me the option of making comment on how you could improve the test in order for me to pass.
This test I passed. Was there anything wrong? and your date format is different. Dyslexic people will find this very difficult............ You see I put my date of Birth!!
You are making people go through so many check course I don't this I want to give you any more feed back!

found this course very simple to use…
found this course very simple to use and was able to complete around my work and home life there was no need to complete all in one go which i liked. also not being able to carry onto the module without completing the one your doing. lots of quizzes to test knowledge.

Again, an excellent presentation. Very informative, building on the previous webinars regarding Complicated & Complex situations. Hadn't heard of HOP before last event. Different & more effective perspective/tools for dealing with Complex situations.
