I purchased a subscription to this service and was able to cancel it without issues. The tool itself seems to work.

However, the biggest problem is that customer support does not respond at all. I reached out multiple times and never received any reply, which makes the whole service feel abandoned.

Because of this, I now have serious concerns about the safety of my personal data, especially my credit card information. The lack of communication and transparency is very worrying.

Overall, even though the tool functions, the experience feels unreliable and untrustworthy. I would not feel comfortable using this service again.

When you compare it to normal, transparent subscriptions like Disney+ or Spotify, it’s obvious how misleading this one is. Other companies clearly separate “monthly” and “annual” options; Mask AI does not.

I’ve already contacted them demanding a refund and deletion of my account. It feels like a scammy setup designed to catch people off guard, and I’ll be warning others wherever I can so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

Be careful — this company markets a fake “free” plan that turns into an expensive annual charge, and the definition of a scam, owned by people who are money hungry.
