Nice product very pleased

Ordering process very good. A quality item.

The collars are lovely, fit well and look great, however one has a rattling clasp and the other one is perfect so it’s obviously not meant to rattle. The delivery time did take a bit longer than expected but it does state that on the website (I missed that) but customer service were very helpful when I enquired about when they would arrive. The tracking said on the way for days before they really were on the way so don’t make the same mistake I made, wait until Royal Mail says they have it 😁 I would order again from them.

I liked the design of the collar and the fact that it was narrow. Etching was quite good.
It took a while to arrive but I was in no hurry

It looks great on my dog. And her name is we'll engraved in the collar. She loves it too.

Great quality great customer service I made an error when placing my order i emailed humber pets and they responded promptly and sorted everything out I am usually dubious about purchasing things on line without seeing them in person but I was so pleased with my first order and experience of their customer service I have placed another order with them and have no worries about recommending them to friends

Beautiful Collar, however it came off and was lost on first off lead walk.

Lovely dog collars, great engraving. Did have to wait a while for delivery, but well worth the wait.

Arrived very quickly the engraving on the collar is brilliant and everything was as described. I'll only buy dog collars from here from now on.

Ordering was easy, and there was a good choice of cat collars & tags. The quality appears to be good, time will tell. Our cat goes through collars at quite a clip. Delivery time was a little sluggish by modern standards, but perhaps we are just spoiled these days.

Good product but not very clear from website that item is shipped from China so it took a lot longer than I thought.
