We’d like to clarify that while we offer accounts through Rithmic, NinjaTrader and Rithmic are separate platforms, and we do not currently advertise NinjaTrader support. That said, we understand how this could have been frustrating, and we want you to know that NinjaTrader support is something we are actively discussing for the future.

Regarding our Discord, our goal is to create an open space where traders can ask questions, report issues, and receive timely support. While problems can arise—as they do with any platform—we strive to address them as efficiently and transparently as possible.

Most importantly, we’d really value the opportunity to earn a second opinion from you. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience or address your concerns directly, we’d love to hear it. We only flag DCA abuse — which refers to intentionally using rapid, repeated entries and exits to bypass our scalping or high-frequency trading (HFT) rules.

We pride ourselves on being one of the most lenient firms in the industry. We offer free resets, allow continued trading even after violations, and are always willing to reanalyze accounts if a trader believes an error was made.
