I only gave it one star because I had to. You don’t really know what kind of company you are dealing with until you need customer service. Their customer service is horrible and their subscription reminder emails are deceptive due to verbiage that is used.

Horrible customer service - offer a discount for providing phone number, address and fill out a personal survey - then don't honor discount. Score of 1.6 makes perfect sense after my experience.

Not a trustworthy company. Save your money. It is nothing like a glp1. Customer service is worthless. They would receive negative stars if I could actually rate it for what it is.

Ordered and received a confirmation then got all these weird emails wanting address confirmation (nothing wrong with address - it was the verified USPS version), then more saying they couldn't ship it and another saying it was shipped and returned to them (not true). Called to ask why and guy said for security reasons they couldn't tell me why. Super shady and feels like a scam. Wondering if I will ever get a credit on my card. UGH.

Extremely disappointed, doesn’t work, no taste, overpriced, and when reading the returns policy it looks like they resend out returned items, as they charge a cleaning fee. Wouldn’t bother, gimmick.

BE AWARE! Do not buy these vitamins unless you do a research. I don’t believe company does any of the researches.
I had to go to a doctor for a blood test and took one of the energy vitamins to a lab for complete ingredient disclosure. I had to miss a day of work since just taking one vitamin made me sick, drowsy where I couldn’t drive, concentrate, actually even standing was a challenge. Company offered store credit… after results of the lab test, I am taking all the information to an attorney.

So far- I haven’t had any issues with my orders or products. My family and I use several different hum produits daily and we all like them.
I’ve had no problem adjusting shipments and choice of products online and pricing has been very competitive.
Overall- a happy customer.

I like the product. I noticed a significant difference in my hair so I reordered. However, shipping is terrible and you can't reach anyone at customer service. I was supposed to receive my supplements almost two weeks ago. Recieved an email basically saying " whoops you're not getting your product on time" and have not heard anything back. I tried to call the company and from above you can tell how that went. I live in backwoods Oklahoma and going to the store takes 45 minutes ONE way so I order a lot online. I'm going to stick with ordering the super biotin off Amazon because I had good results with this as well. The product is good, that's why the 2 stars. But with awful shipping,and zero communication from the seller, I will not be purchasing again

No recommendation! Not only is the data passed on, it's also all about the money and the promotion. Everything that brings money is advertised indiscriminately and nothing really helps as promised. As always, it's all about the money and not about consumer satisfaction. You can't even use this website without accepting ALL cookies. A better option is JS nutrirank recommend because it shows differences better and is easy to use.

I do like the daily cleanse that detox’s and give clear skin, but the probiotic every time I take it causes pain in my stomach. I stop taking it for a month or so and when I decided to try it again to see if this was really the issue, it was. My stomach started hurting badly and I took it first thing in the morning. This product gets a zero.

Their customer service is a scam!!

I never knew you had to place at leave 3 orders and when I went to cancel my subscription they CHARGED me to to cancel it. I’m very detailed, and the fact I didn’t know about this shows it is a super fine print thing that is absolute BS.

I'll start by saying I went directly through their website to order.
I did not feel or notice a difference in my gut health, bloating, weight, or b.m.s after taking 3 different supplements three times a day for 3 weeks.
3 times a day is a lot, in my opinion.

Daily cleanse, flatter me & best of berberine.

I followed the directions exactly, didn't miss a day/dose. Not one.
It was so difficult to get used to (I've only ever taken supplements with breakfast). I had to set an alarm to remind me.

So, I contact Hum for a reimbursement.
I am told I can only get a credit (IF returned within 30 days of purchase) since I have opened and tried the product.
I feel slightly taken advantage of.
Their site says 1 year guarantee...
Not 30 days with credit.
The product didn't work for me.
Simple as that.
They recommend taking the product for at least 30 days to see results but if I had done that, I wouldn't have been eligible for the credit, so....
Proceed at your own risk.

Why would I want to continue to go back and forth trying new products after I already got the run around.

Terrible customer service as a company. I updated my delivery date, and then it auto shipped to me again 4 days later. Why would I need 2 boxes for a monthly subscription. They blamed me and wouldn’t admit that the website glitched and wouldn’t refund my money without returning the box I didn’t approve of. CS said they would email me a free return label and I never received that either.

I don't know who is sitting there lying when it comes to these supplements but they are amazing and anybody who says they force you into a subscription just can't or didn't read. They lay everything out in the terms & its on y'all for not actually paying attention.
Great customer service, great pricing and great supplements. I have been using this company for almost 3 years now.

This company is the worst Customer Service. Try to cancel my VIP / SUSCRIPTION and they are saying because I'm in the VIP I'm committed to 3 shipments of products that haven't work out for me the last 2 , so I'm trying not to be charge NO MORE and I CAN'T. SO PEOPLE DO NOT ORDER THESE PRODUCTS AT ALL!!!

I had a VIP membership for over a year and I was enjoying using their products. But due to life changes, I needed to cancel my subscription altogether. I contacted them, they canceled my subscription and I moved on with life. Last week I was randomly charged over $30 for a supplement I did not order. When I contacted customer service, they admitted that they activated my subscription again "on accident" but refused to give me a refund until I returned the products that they sent me. This is absolutely ridiculous. If it's your fault that I got charged for something I wasn't signed up for, then the refund should be on its way immediately. They also make you pay for returns but after complaining they gave me a return label for free. How kind.

SCAM!! They make it very difficult to cancel and they don’t refund the whole amount. Ridiculous to work with. Never ordering from them again.

Don't order, they bring you to subscription without you notice that. Same what happened to all people below, happened to me, i ordered some items, they were delivered, no comment on that but month after money was taken from my account and e-mail came about delivery of a second ‘batch’; when i logged in it says that i am on VIP plan subscription what i never did; I contacted them and now they want to charge me for cancelation of ‘subscription’ .
They have decent products, why they let this to be their online ‘behaviour’ Bad, very very bad

Charged me to cancel my subscription. Made it hard to cancel, had to go through an annoying chat feauture that took ages to reply. Also the hair gummys dont work. Scammy.

They didn't trick me into a subscription because the options said it right there, that it would be monthly service. However i don't like that i had to subscribe forcefully to even TRY the product. I got the one that helps you break down food and reduce bloat, (which i was having constantly). Unfortunately, it just didn't match with my acid reflux. It aggravated my symptoms of my acid reflux ALOT. I made an account and it didn't have an option to cancel only to postpone the next shipment (which i did twice i think). I had to search up on GOOGLE how to cancel. A number popped up on google and i called, and the lady gladly cancelled my subscription. No pressure or anything. Too much work tho, i just wanted to try it.
