Dear User,
We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding your withdrawal amount. This discrepancy is completely unacceptable, and we want to make this right immediately.
What happened with your withdrawal:
We sent you the full $1.00 as requested. However, PayPal automatically deducts their processing fees before the money reaches your account. PayPal's fees vary by:

Transaction amount (higher percentage for smaller amounts)
Your country/region
Currency conversion if applicable
PayPal's current fee structure

Important clarification:
HungerOffer sent: $1.00 (full amount)
PayPal deducted: ~$0.74 in fees
You received: $0.26

We should have been clearer about this beforehand.
Immediate action for you:
Please email us at support@hungeroffer.com with your username, and we will:

Provide you with a detailed breakdown of what we sent vs. PayPal fees
Offer alternative withdrawal methods with lower fees
Consider compensation for the confusion
Help you choose the best withdrawal method for future transactions

How to avoid high PayPal fees:
Use Payeer instead: Much lower fees (usually under 3%) for any amount
For PayPal users: Withdraw $3-5 or more to minimize fee impact

$1 withdrawal = ~70-80% fees
$3-5 withdrawal = ~10-15% fees
$10+ withdrawal = ~3-5% fees

Alternative payment methods: We offer Gift Cards and other options with minimal fees

Recent improvements to solve this exact problem:
Added prominent PayPal fee warnings with exact fee estimates
Promoted Payeer as preferred option with much lower fees
Created fee comparison tool showing costs for each payment method
Added minimum withdrawal recommendations ($3+ for PayPal to avoid high fee percentage)
Implemented smart suggestions that recommend best payment method based on withdrawal amount

About PayPal fees (important guidance for all users):
PayPal charges much higher fees for small amounts:

$1 withdrawal: 70-80% fees (you receive ~$0.20-0.30)
$3-5 withdrawal: 10-15% fees (you receive ~$2.50-4.25)
$10+ withdrawal: 3-5% fees (you receive ~$9.50-9.70)

Better alternatives we offer:

Payeer: Only ~3% fees regardless of amount
Gift Cards options: Minimal network fees
Other payment methods: Various options with competitive rates

Our recommendation: Use Payeer for small amounts, or wait until you have $3-5+ for PayPal to get much better rates.
Please contact us directly - we're here to make this right.

Best regards,
