I contacted Hunters regarding a Turtle pendant I received a lovely warm welcome with great communication and received a lovely discount
They actually made the pendant I received and I cannot describe how beautiful it is the photos don’t quite do it justice…a good weight awesome quality which sits beautifully on a delicate belcher chain
The company have excelled themselves with service, communication and care , delivery service next day , packaging but most of all that I was happy as their customer
I will definitely shop again with them when I’m after a unique piece of jewellery.

Excellent earrings and amazing customer service.

Hunters have a very good range of beautiful jewellery and I have now purchased two pieces. Both items were delivered very quickly and were thoughtfully packed including a little pouch to keep the pendants in and a cleaning cloth. I am quite sure I will be buying more in the future and would not hesitate in recommending them.

Very fast service and delivery. The necklace is good quality and looks lovely. Overall a great purchase. My only gripe is the jewellery box it came in is a little “tatty”. It looks like it has been used before hence the four stars instead of five. No problem as I have a nicer box but still a shame, little details make a difference. I would definitely shop with Hunters Fine Jewellery again.

We chose to design an engagement ring from scratch with Michael, who was incredibly patient, provided sound advice, easy to communicate with, easy to get hold of, and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. The entire process went smoothly with regular updates. Michael was quick to action too. Honestly, no complaints, Michael provided excellent service and quality of jewellery. The final engagement ring we received was beautiful, exactly what we wanted. And as a bonus, the price was incredibly reasonable.
