I loved their spearmint and thymea tea but for olive leaf tea i felt that it was stale or maybe expired but i think i need to brew it longer i guess; overall, i like their quality.

I have a question.Do these hunza foodways people get high before packing parcels or what
i ordered gurmar booti and they blessed me with rosemary not once but twice seriously,guys dont waste your money on their legendary website you could order a fridge and still end up with a bunch of rosemary leaves.

Yes, this was a mistake from our side when we sent Rosemary Tea instead of Raspberry Tea, but as soon as you informed us, we offered you the Rosemary Tea as a free gift and sent you new parcel of Raspberry Tea right away without any cost from you.

This happens rarely that an item is mistaken during packaging as we carefully pack all parcels, but human error occurs sometimes and we take full responsibility to deliver what is promised.

Your order had Apricot Kernel Seeds (خوبانی گیری), not Almonds.
Apricot Kernels sometimes do have bitter ones in them too, which is natural and as there is no way to differentiate them without eating them, we can not grade and separate them.
Almond, however, always are sweet, there are no bitter almonds.

Very good quality and texture of flowers.. Happy to order here because I tried to find out this chamomile tea in so many pansar shops but their quality was so pathetic and finally I got to know this page . Happy customer..

Aoa I paid online while conforming the order but where courier reached to it it was unpaid and due to that I tool extra 3 wks to be delivered again. Also there should be helpline or contact no for any query especially this type of thing. Otherwise product is good but ur sales dept should be more efficient and responsible. Thanks

Hello Atif, thank you for the review.
We are glad you liked the products and yes, your order took an exceptional 3 weeks time for delivery. We sent the original order on time, however because of a mistake at our end, the order was processed as cash on delivery instead of Paid order. We later realized this, when you contacted us.
We did send a new parcel as paid order, however it took extra time.
Though this happened for the first time, we have made sure this doesn't happen in future.
Inshallah we will see you at Hunza Foodways again.
