First and foremost, no treatment is ever started at Hurma Dental without the patient's full understanding, consent, and signature. You were given a full explanation of your treatment plan, including all associated costs, by our operations team prior to beginning your procedure. You reviewed and signed all documentation, and your treatment commenced with your clear and informed approval.
Secondly, regarding the **facial appearance change**, our medical team explained in detail â both in person and through WhatsApp messages â that after implant placement, a healing period of at least 6 months is required for soft tissue and bone adaptation. These biological changes take time, and this information was communicated to you more than once.
As for your second visit, our coordinators provided all scheduling details properly, including timelines and necessary healing intervals. **Changing the visit from 3 to 4 or 5 months was based entirely on your individual healing process and readiness, not due to any lack of organization from our side**. You were fully informed at every stage, and there are records that clearly support this.
We understand that financial concerns can heighten frustration, but spreading misinformation and blaming the clinic unfairly is neither constructive nor accurate. **We work with hundreds of patients every year with integrity, care, and transparency**, and we stand by the quality of our services and communication.
