Middle of the road
Everyone is always polite. My issues are that I am not notified when something is paid off or what balances I still owe. Most of my money goes to pay fees and that is disappointing. It would be more beneficial to pay off my debt. This was not explained to me from the beginning. I was sure they would need to be paid but did not think it would be over 1/2 of my payment.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, CALL YOUR DEBTORS AND NEGOTIATE FOR YOURSELF!! Had Huron and their services for over a year, and they only settled one account in that time. You pay them a monthly fee, and they still add 25% of the original amount of your debt (EX, debt $1000, their fee to settle it is $250) . Communication was horrible, ended up in a lawsuit. They were of no help; only when I canceled my account did they come up with some settlements, and on top of that, it would have cost me more than I originally owed. I am completely appalled and frustrated, and the truth is, I am actually disgusted. They are quick to take my money but slow to do anything else. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

Settle Your Creditor Accounts Yourself!!!
My credit rating took a nose dive by 300 points AFTER I contracted with Huron Law. What I know now is that I could have negotiated and settled ALL of my creditor accounts myself - the same thing that Huron Law did, and my credit rating would not now be in the basement dumpster. With the 18 monthly payments I have now paid to Huron Law, I would be out of debt instead of still having a remaining $8,000 to pay to Huron Law for the next two years.

I thought I was going to be done
I thought I was going to be done with my settlements, and boom, another company that supposedly hasn't settled from 3 years ago comes back into play. I am thankful that it is taken care of, but another year has been added on. It is very convenient for Huron Law Group to add another case to my settlement. Never ending

I have been enrolled in the program for a year. They are predatory and do not disclose things in conversations but hide the details in their very long contracts. They have taken more in fees than what they have actually paid to creditors. Disgusting and shameful.
