Iâve had a little problem getting the delivery first it took little longer than usual but finally I get my bike and a couple of days in I encounter an problem and yesterday midnight I leave an enquiry,early morning I get a call from DEL and before I know the guys at my door and within couple of minutes his genius ass gets to the problem. Very satisfying customer satisfaction the guys a star.
Worst experience and never recommend this company
I ordered a Hurricane eBike 6 months ago and recently returned it in excellent condition, barely used. When I returned it, they inspected it and confirmed everything was fine. However, a few minutes after taking the bike, they deducted £200 from my account without any consent or explanation. I've been trying to contact them ever since, but they won't respond to my emails or answer my calls. On top of that, they still havenât refunded my security deposit. This has been the worst experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The team over there are super helpful. I had issues that were out of their control and they were incredibly responsive and were excellent at getting it sorted. Del came out to sort a puncture and was fast and super helpful. Paul and John on the support team are excellent too.

Iâve had my bike for around 18 months. When I asked for them to service the bike they came out straight away and sorted this for me. Always responded to my emails and was very helpful and pleasant. Got my bike deposit back straight away into my bank. Very happy. Will definitely recommend them to other people and use them again in the future.
Frustrating experience
I had a frustrating experience with Hurrecane that I feel compelled to share. When I first signed up, I paid a holding deposit of £180, which was supposed to be refundable. Unfortunately, the bike I rented was stolen, and I promptly paid the excess fee of £150 as required. I understood this fee covered the cost associated with the theft.
However, despite the theft cover I was paying for at £7 per month, which I believed would mitigate such costs, Hurrecane refused to refund my holding deposit. This decision seemed unfair, especially since I never signed any contract or saw any terms and conditions that justified withholding this deposit.
To add to my frustration, I was charged the full monthly subscription fee of £58 even though I didn't have a bike for nearly a month. Paying for a service that wasn't provided is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, I had also been paying for puncture protection, but when I encountered a puncture, the slime they provided did not work at all. This made me question the effectiveness of the additional services I had been paying for.
Communication with Hurrecane was another major issue. They took ages to respond to my emails, and their phone line was always unattended. There was never anyone on the other side to answer my calls, making it incredibly difficult to resolve these issues.
Overall, the lack of transparency, unjustified charges, ineffective services, and poor customer support have left me very disappointed with Hurrecane. I hope they can improve their policies and customer service to better support their clients in the future.

Bike was working fine for a couple of months and then
Back wheel spokes snapped and went straight through tube
They were so slow in responding to my emails and eventually just refused to fix it without charging for the parts.
The bike had nearly 3000 miles on the clock before I even started rental and they claimed it wasn't wear and tear

Disappointed, frustrated and annoyed
I never got to try out a Hurrecane bike even though I paid for one to be delivered.
I was not pleased the bike was scheduled for 7-10 days delivery thinking it was within 48 hours before making payment and was really unimpressed with Hurrecanes lack of contact after payment was made but no bike delivered and was even more disappointed when they informed me the bike was due for delivery after the 7-10 working days which turned out to be 15 full days since payment.
Their lack of understanding how a late delivery could inconvenience me and short blunt replies to my questions was not pleasing and enough for me to send a negative 3 star trust pilot review especially as positive 5 star trustpilot reviews was what sold me the offer.
Shortly after posting the review they cancelled my order without consulting me stating in an email they donât want customers like me who send negative reviews on trustpilot. They sent further emails saying they donât want to hear from me again and that theyâre glad to not have me as a customer saying they missed a bullet.
They claim to deliver to nearly every part of England and have 24/7 call out for service and repairs to any address as part of their service. They couldnât get from reading to Epping Forrest without delay which is just over 50 miles and main roads all the way. Nationwide? Who are you trying to kid?
My worst consumer online experience ever. Iâd give these guys minus 5 stars as a fair trustpilot review but 1 star is the lowest available. They seem so preoccupied by trustpilot reviews but lack customer services for payed up customers which is a terrible indication of the way they do business.
Their only saving grace was the £262 I paid for the product was refunded into my account within a few days of them cancelling my order. (I have now read Hurrecanes reply and this point is edited: They never once said my area was flagged as a hotspot for bicycle theft, these guys are ruthless on Trustpilot and downright dishonest.
I just wish they were as ruthless to deliver their products on time)
