I bought a ss 26 unstiched piece from them for eid (ordered 1 day after the collection came out) and they took 2 weeks to deliver it. HORRIBLE customer service. They even blocked me on instagram after i asked them to deliver my clothes and commented about this. so yeah...

I had a very horrible experience with Hussain Rehar. Ordered a simple shalwar kameez and it’s been more than a month, they haven’t been able to give it fixed as per my measurements, taken three times. They wouldn’t pick calls, resolve issues and have an extremely unprofessional behavior.

I bought Karandi Unstitched PANKHURI. Unfortunately the dupatta length mentioned in the list was 2.5 meters whereas actually found 2 yards. Similarly one lace was completely missing. Once I go for a brand I expect honesty, but sad to say You do not qualify to be a brand.

I wanted to place an order for the Parisa piece for my sister's wedding. The person in touch with me on whatsapp will not answer my questions in detail or call me back. No wonder the reviews here are so bad as well. For a brand of this calibre, truly expected better staff and service. Seems like they have no interest in serving their customers and the contact info is just some bot sitting there with no intention of helping people. Truly disappointed as an international customer...

I ordered a bridal outfit from Hussain Rehar and GOD my excpectations were met. I was over the moon to see my outfit. Loved the embroidery the packing and timely delivery.

I recently ordered for my wife and I was so happy with the way Hussain Rehar's team handled before and after sales services. Loved the outfit. Great quality with box packaging. Timely delivery. Shocked that a Pakistani brand offering such good products and amazing customer services. I surely will order again from Hussain Rehar.

Just ordered a suit from their luxury lawn collection and the dupatta that originally came with lawn was pure organza. The one that was shipped is a 3rd rate synthetic fibre dupatta. They are selling their own replicas and their exchange policy says no exchange no refund. Worst experience ever!

If you are an international buyer, please carefully consider their return and refund policy, and the notes they have added under each product. You have to pay the shipping charges. If anything goes wrong (especially with quality, which is the only fact they accept), then you also have to bear the return shipping charges. It doesn't make sense at all.

And the quality is not great. I purchased one dress, and the material was very cheap. It was like a see-through material. They offered a replacement, but I have to send it from UAE to Pakistan. I asked for free collection from the UAE, and they said they can't collect anything from UAE. That means they can deliver the product to UAE, but they can't arrange a return shipment from UAE... wonderful.

Don't just blindly fall into the goodwill and brand name they have; they don't have good service. You will simply lose your money.

It was my first time that I order something bridal and I’m very satisfied they were so cooperative specially Hina she is very cooperative and available to you for any queries. I’m very much satisfied..

Disgrace of a designer, seen outfit on their website for my brothers wedding, wanted it customised, firstly they asked for measurements(absolutely from stupid body figure) never known so many silly ones, which they took a piss, i insisted to only pay 40% upfront, would chase up for update, but saying its in production etc, then got included in a chat with 5 other members of the team, would get different messages from each after chasing them, different updates from each again, customer service was a disgrace, they were dishonest, time was running out, asked them to show me like their promised each step of production which again had to constant call and chase up, Omg until they sent me photos/pics, I just wanted 😭😭😭😭😭the outfit embroidery/ motif design was not the same as their image and what they advertise on their website,neck design was different, the whole outfit looked immitated/replica, again questioned and chased up, said would alter/fix, again chasing them up, pictures/photos still showing exact faults but they just carried on with the next steps, this outfit was going to cost me £900 with delivery, they said that's the best they can do and can't do the exact embroidery colourz/ Fabric as there's no time to make a new outfit, i told them didn't want it, as it wouldn't still reach on time, they not reliable/trustworthy full of lies, it was a nightmare, you will not get what's promised or the description of the image you want to purchase, i was told the embroidery colour wasn't antique bronze but instead did a a disgusting yellow because they advertised a dusty outfit on their website, does that even make sense? Misleading information worse designer's ever, major let down, PLEASE DONT GO WITH THESE

Such a big disappointment. I really liked their grey outfit online.i am Uk size 14/16. So had to customise my dress. Gave all my measurements and told them not to stitch chooridar as I can’t give proper measurements for that. I asked them to give me fabric instead.they didn’t make my suit according to my measurements at all. Lady at the reception was not ready to listen what their mistake is. I paid 150k pkr but dress doesn’t even worth half the money. I must say never ever buy dresses from them without personally visiting their shop.such waste of money and time.

They are extremely unprofessional with their work. They don't make what you have asked for. And then they wont even refund the amount or refix it for you. Worst ever!!

Worst fabrics and the worst costumer service, nothing else to say, buying from them is flushing your money. Pata nahi kaise jahil log hire kiye hue hain who don’t even care about the costumers once you purchase from there, they don’t give a damn about your concerns about the work done they will completely ghost you.

It’s not even worth one star. My aunt purchased two outfits for her son’s wedding her order was over 10 laks but what she got worth not even 1 rupees. The fabric is so cheap no shape and the shade is so dull not even local tailor would not do this worst job than this top brand name Hussain rehar team did. Shame shame for ripping people off taking their hard work money and leaving them with stress and headaches for the loss you cost them😡
