Huurteam Nederland

Took 25€ and implicitly requested for more in contract terms without providing any assistance. Assumed a rent valuation case without even talking first.

Reply was amazingly unprofessional:

"We just booked the case. I was forgot to mention that the 1/3 rent reduction commission remains until the end of the contract. Just to let you know."

Won't answer to e-mails after taking the money.

They look like scammers taking advantage of people with housing problems in the Netherlands.

Good, clear help and action. We are happy to have our legal matter related to the deposit return from a previous landlord resolved, within ~20 days of approaching HuurTeam Nederland. Fees may be considered a bit high as per the risk to reward ratio; but I guess that's still fine; as I imagine that is their incentive to take appropriate action in a timely manner.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Huurteam Nederland, and especially to Johnny Hendriks, for helping me recover my deposit—for the second time! Both cases were quite complicated, but thanks to Johnny's professionalism, expertise, and dedication, they were resolved successfully.

In addition to being an excellent professional, Johnny has a very human approach, which makes the process much easier to handle. It’s clear that he truly cares about his clients and always strives to find the best possible solution.

I highly recommend the services of Huurteam Nederland. They are a team of outstanding professionals who truly make a difference.

Amazing work! We had an issue with getting back our deposit from the landlord for months and they helped us get it back within a week. Very much recommended!

Nogmaals vriendelijk dank!

Johnny helped me a lot during the dispute with my previous landlord. Thanks a lot!

The help we received from HuurTeam Nederland was outstanding: they communicated clearly what the process would involve, stayed in contact with us along the way, answered our questions and sought more detail when necessary. They also gave us advice on how to proceed at various points. Best of all: they secured the return of our deposit successfully and quickly.

Mijn dank is groot!

I had a 20 minute phone call with Johnny Hendrik and received a lot of valuable information. I live in Rotterdam and the gemeente do not pay for this service and I cannot afford it at the moment...yet, I was provided great tools that will (hopefully) help with the interaction with my landlord.

Thank you

I tried for months to recover my deposit money after my contract ended and I moved to another country. As I had recently relocated for work, I was unable to return to the Netherlands to retrieve my money. Months went by without any response from the landlord, and he did not return my deposit. I began to feel discouraged.

That's when I decided to search the internet for Dutch agencies that could help me and were knowledgeable about the laws. Finding Huurteam was the best solution, as they were able to help me recover my money in a practical way. They requested my documents, provided assistance, and were efficient and quick.

I am very grateful to know that Huurteam is willing to help people who really need assistance. I highly recommend their services to anyone going through a challenging time.

Thank you so much for your help!!!!!!!!

I am very pleased with Huurteam Nederland and the job they did with my case. After 5 years of living in NL, I returned to my country. When I wanted to recover my deposit, I found that the real estate agency I had sent my deposit to when renting my apartment was reluctant to give it back to me. They were trying to gaslight me, saying that they already made the transference, and when I asked for proof of that transference, they started ignoring my emails and calls. In front of this situation, I was so lucky to have come across Huurteam Nederland. Johnny Hendriks took the case, and from minute one, he persisted and was able to recover my deposit. . They are attentive and diligent. I only have positive words for the way Johnny handled the unpleasant case. He was always kind and explained everything cristal clear to me. I would definitely recommend him and Huurteam Nederland for any trouble with a landlord or a real estate agency.

Professional representation during a huurcommissie hearing and clear communication before and after. Thanks Johnny!

Huurteam Nederland Dankjewel!

The team has helped me with my problem at home, the help system is very simple and clear, now I can sleep peacefully knowing that I have the team helping me and solving my problems! more than grateful

Great help with landlord disputes, specially as a non-dutch speaker. Can only recommend.

Awesome team! As an international student who do not know Dutch rental law, Huurteam did a lots for me. They answered all my questions about Dutch law and got my deposit back swiftly! Overall a awesome experience.

They also help me to do a rent assessment on my flat, thanks to them, I know how unbelievable price i was paying.

Very helpful, calm and supportive in situations where you’re not sure of your rights. Helped to get most of my deposit back when my landlord was refusing and behaved in illegal ways. Also noticed unlawful clauses in my rental agreement.

Legal help provided by Huurteam , under the assistance of Mr. John was very systematic and efficient. They helped us to get our advance amount back from the landlord. They are very reliable and responsive.
