I contacted the local branch - they were oblivious to head office sending emails that say youâll be contacted to arrange delivery. They said theyâd try to get someone out last week to move the bag to where I actually wanted it
Didnât happen.
Item has been delivered to an inconvenient place which is also a theft risk.
Do Huws Gray care? NO!
Could have been avoided if theyâd actually done what their email promises and CONTACTED ME to arrange delivery.

The delivery staff were excellent. We were not in but they carefully placed the bags of soil exactly where we had indicated. They even folded up and put safe the cardboard I had used to indicate the place.

I had an excellent experience with this store I placed an order online whitch I thought was for delivery but turned out I was for collection. I emailed the manager to say there was a mistake and I was unable to collect and would it be possible for it to be delivered. Online order/collection system not joined up.
Received email saying my online order was picked and ready....but it wasn't. Arrived and spoke to a very pleasant lady; she had to search for my order then printed a sheet off to take to the yard. Chap in the yard looked at it and said something on the lines of 'what's this and where did you get it?' I explained and he went back into the shop to speak to the pleasant lady. When he came out he then picked my order. Not a very joined up system!
