Unusual from Huws Gray
Sorry to give this result as previous service has been excellent.
Product was delivered but the texts did not give any timings or dates and text link did not work - strangely though it proved a sudden delivery within the hour. Before delivery the item had been left uncovered out it the rain so all the wood/Instructions and screws pack were very wet/damp. I had to dry this off in my shed for a week before I could treat it. Not the drivers fault nor the end of the world.
I would say that some of the wood was not the best quality with some splits and random staples.
I believe this is probably not the fault of Huws Gray.

It is also very concerning to hear that your timber products, instructions, and fixings were left exposed to the rain prior to arrival, requiring you to dry them out for a week before application.
Additionally, we acknowledge your comments regarding the quality of some of the timber pieces, specifically the presence of splits and stray staples.
Please be assured that we are taking these matters seriously. We are currently reviewing our delivery notification systems to ensure tracking links function correctly in the future. We are also addressing our storage and transit procedures with our yard and transport teams to guarantee that materials are fully protected from wet weather conditions before they reach our customers. Furthermore, our quality control team is investigating the timber standards to prevent substandard pieces from being dispatched. We value your constructive feedback as it helps us improve our service.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience, I have ordered a click collection, received the email with the confirmation to collect, went to the shopping, arrived and the order was wrong, fine until there, but to request a refund is a nightmare. Still not heard from them.

They never called to arrange delivery…
They never called to arrange delivery as email stated, just turned up a couple of days later and delivered a load of soft wood in a puddle in pouring down rain that was sat there all day!
