My order was delivered in good time and on the date HG had specified. I had requested that HG phone me half an hour before delivery but this didn't happen - so just as well I had not gone out!
Ordering was simple and delivery was next dsy. The driver put rubber mats on the pavement to avoid damaging the flag whilst hoisting 800kg of stones. He avoided my tree and placed the bag exactly wher... もっと見る

Easy to order on line . Clear prices and descriptions of products. Some confusion of the delivery location as my delivery was placed outside at the wrong building.

Good quality products. I only had an issue with the delivery, as a number of tree branches were damaged during the delivery to my driveway.

I received no call to arrange delivery…
I received no call to arrange delivery as promised. Instead, I found 1 tonne of slate dumped in full view of the road, blocking my house & business sign and practically on the pavement.
I contacted the local branch - they were oblivious to head office sending emails that say you’ll be contacted to arrange delivery. They said they’d try to get someone out last week to move the bag to where I actually wanted it
Didn’t happen.
Item has been delivered to an inconvenient place which is also a theft risk.
Do Huws Gray care? NO!
Could have been avoided if they’d actually done what their email promises and CONTACTED ME to arrange delivery.

The staff are always polite
The staff are always polite, knowledgeable and helpful. We are only doing some small DIY projects at home, so not the biggest orders, but get good service each time.

Fast, reliable and efficient service all round. I ordered one day, and delivered the next at a convenient time to myself. The delivery driver asked exactly where I would like the product placing in my garden. All round A+++ service.

Delivery of topsoil poor in quality (eg contained piece of metal pipe). Whilst the delivery driver was pleasant he arrived without warning and no contact from branch to arrange delivery.

The delivery staff were excellent
The delivery staff were excellent. We were not in but they carefully placed the bags of soil exactly where we had indicated. They even folded up and put safe the cardboard I had used to indicate the place.
