Had a call scheduled for 9.40am this morning. Had lots of info sent over to me in WhatsApp which looked promising. Watched videos and reviews from other clinics in preparation. Made sure I had time free to take the call. No call received. Messaged via WhatsApp to message regarding Brendan calling me in 10 minutes. No reply at all and it’s now 5 hours later and no call.
Real poor customer service and follow up.

I have worked with sam, luke and the team fir many years and highly recommend, these guys have been there through the ups and downs of business to help and give advise going above and beyond.

I have been working with HWM for over 3 years and I cannot fault them. They are very good at what they do and have a passionate and hard-working team. They've helped me grow my business over the last few years and I will continue to work with them for years to come.

Harvey Warrington Media went back on the contract agreement and refused to issue a refund even after the 3-month contract had expired. Over the entire campaign they delivered a shockingly poor 0.19 ROI, yet when confronted with these results they still would not refund even a penny. This kind of behavior shows a lack of accountability and professionalism, and based on my experience I would strongly caution anyone against working with them.

The HW Media team is phenomenal. They came to my clinic and with their professionalism and expertise, turned a stressful filming day into a complete success. The content they created—from the raw footage to the final, edited posts on my Instagram—is nothing short of perfect. I found them really friendly supportive and no pushy sales tactic. Once I did the course it was really informative the videos are easy to watch and really guide.
