Bestelle regelmäßig in dem online Shop. Die Produkte sind top, Preise sind auch nicht übertrieben, bei reduzierten Produkten wird sogar das Ablaufdatum angegeben. Nach der Bezahlung werden die bestellten Artikel innerhalb von zwei bis drei Tagen geliefert. Bin sehr zufrieden und bestelle gerne in dem Shop. Danke

Ils sont très incompétent au niveau service client.
J'ai voulu annuler une commande immédiatement après mon achat.
On m'a répondu d'envoyer mon numéro de commande ce que j'ai fait sur le champ.
Et après on m'a balader pendant 1 semaine !!!! par mail
Une catastrophe!
Une bel arnaque surtout car au final ils ont attendus que la commande sois expédiée plutôt que de l'annuler...
Bref dernière expérience ça c'est sûr!

They are totally improfessionals . They told me that the DPD kurier returned the package for unknown reasons . The package didn’t even arrive to my country . They told me that I will get a refund when the package returns to them . What if the courier lose the package or delays the return very much . I told them that I can’t wait to get my money back . Totally improfessional behaviour . They just want to get the products back before they get me a refund , which is none of my business . Stay away from them .

Der Versand nach DE ist sehr schnell und die Produkte sind neuwertig und im Originalzustand.
Ich habe hier bereits öfter eingekauft und werde es in Zukunft wieder tun.

Not totally satisfatcted with service. They apply a Paypal commission which is forbidden as PayPal operator told me. Don't give those extra money they ask for.

I bought Julapro from Hyaloo website, but when my doctor was injecting it, she noticed that the consistency of this Julapro is different from the ones purchased directly from the official Julapro website.

We decided to compare the Julapro (from Hyaloo) with the one bought from the official website. there is a significant difference between the two. The original version has embossed text, contains a hologram, and has a different shade of pink!

I also watch the video in Julapro official page that they describe how to check if the Julapro is fake or not and after checking, I realize it is the fake one.

Das Design der Webseite erweckte zu Beginn nicht mein Vertrauen..
Nach kurzer Recherche stieß ich auf die positiven Bewertungen, also gab ich ebenfalls eine Bestellung auf.
Ich war erneut kurz stutzig, den wenn man die Option "mit Paypal zahlen" nutzen möchte und sich nicht direkt für die Überweisung entscheidet, zahlt man mal eben 6€ drauf...
Das habe ich gemacht um mir wirklich sicher zu sein.
Die Produkte wurde schnell (mit sendungsverfolgung)verschickt und kam zügig an.
Ich bin positiv überrascht, die bestellten Artikel haben eine gute Qualität!

I was happy to find hyaloo to buy 2 medical creams that are quite difficult to get at the same store. A mesoestetic creme and a skintech one. Both products are original.

Ich bin mit Hyaloo sehr zufrieden, bisher hat alles perfekt geklappt.

Since I was about to run out of the Cosmelan cream I used for skin blemishes, I ordered it from hyaloo.de. I did pay. It took weeks for the product to arrive because they spelled my name wrong. When the product finally arrived, I was completely disappointed. The products I received were not like the products I had received from my doctor before. Sunscreen is not homogeneous. While the Cosmelan 2 product normally peels my face if I apply a small amount, the product I bought from they did not have any effect even though I used it in large amounts and 3 times a day. Far from peeling my face, it made my face oily. I sent an e-mail to the company. Finally they said send the product to us. I sent back the products I bought for 200 euros, paying 15 euros. It's been a week and still no response. I absolutely regret shopping from this website. The company should be sensitive and take responsibility for problems related to the product it sells and find solutions quickly.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, ich habe meine Produkte am Dienstag bestellt und heute am Donnerstag habe ich mein Paket bekommen. Kontakt mit Shop auch sehr gut, ich habe um eine Tracking Nummer gebeten, weil ich nicht wusste, wo das Paket war und habe sie nach ein paar Minuten bekommen. Empfehlenswert <3

Ware vermutlich nicht Original, habe mir Mesotherapie Produkte bestellt , jedoch nichts davon gehabt da die Produkte ausgeronnen sind !

Eine Reklamation kommt nicht in Frage bei diesen Shop

Am besten Finger weg , ansonsten ist man nur enttäuscht!

Schon 2 mal ohne Probleme bestellt, Sendung kam auch zeitnah und hatte noch gratis Gesichtsmasken drin.
