Hello,
We take this kind of accusation very seriously, especially the use of the word scam, which is completely unfounded. After checking our records, we have not been able to identify any order under your name or details, nor do we find any unanswered communication matching your claim.
Hyashop is a legitimate business serving medical professionals internationally, and we have fulfilled thousands of orders successfully. We are absolutely not a scam.
If there has been a misunderstanding, an order placed under a different name/email, or an issue reaching us, we invite you to contact us directly with your order number at contact@hyashop.com or via WhatsApp so we can verify and assist you promptly.
If this review has been posted in error or does not concern our company, we kindly ask that it be corrected, as false claims can unfairly harm a legitimate business.
Kind regards,
Hyashop Team

Amazing products - excellent & outstanding customer service !
Amazing products – excellent customer service!
I had an issue while paying with Apple Pay, but it was resolved immediately and handled with great care. The customer service responds instantly, which is really impressive. The express shipping is incredibly fast – even within Germany, products usually don’t arrive this quickly!
The products are original and of the same high quality as from other providers. Because of the truly outstanding service, I will only order from this shop in the future.
I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I simply had to!

Bad delivery
Hello,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service. While the shop shipped my order very quickly and everything I ordered is correct, the delivery itself was unacceptable.
I specifically selected home delivery, yet my order was not delivered to my address. Instead, it was left at a pharmacy, requiring me to go and search for it myself.
This is not the service I paid for. Home delivery should mean delivery directly to my home, not to a random collection point without my consent.
Please clarify why this happened and ensure that this does not occur again in the future.
Thank you.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear that your order was shipped quickly and received correctly.
Regarding the delivery, we completely understand your frustration. In some cases, the carrier (UPS) may redirect the parcel to a nearby Access Point when they are unable to complete the delivery successfully (for example, absence at the time of delivery or difficulty accessing the address). This is done to avoid the parcel being returned to the sender, which would result in longer delays for you.
Normally, the driver should leave a delivery notice or attempt to contact you before redirecting the parcel. We agree that home delivery is expected, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused in this situation.
We will raise this with the carrier to help improve future deliveries and avoid this happening again.
Thank you for your understanding, and please don’t hesitate to contact us directly if you need any assistance with future orders.
Best regards,
Hyashop Team

Excellent product !!
Im very impressed with this product.
I thought I would give it a chance I was a little skeptical as a lot of products these days say its good for aging but dont do anything. Will be buying again because I have actually found something that says what it does on the bottle.
Thank you Hypha shipping was a little under 2 weeks but was worth the wait 👍
