Absolute GARBAGE!!!!
Bought the air blaster 2, worked ok for 5 month with very little use then stopped working. When I contacted Hydrayne they told me that it only has a 60 day warranty from new(explains a lot) and I’d need to buy a new one at a discount. No Thanks.
A friend bought a cheap one from an online site which is still going strong and out performed the air blaster 2

Absolutely scam.
Yes it's been built up different. Good quality material the outside but has motor dysfunctions .I have 2 of airblaster 3 and 1 of airbrushed 2.
All have same problems

You know a company is dodgy when they deliberately make their 'Unsubscribe' process from their pushy email marketing lists as difficult as it could possible be. They even go as far as making the text on the unsubscribe page almost white on a white background (Background R255, G255, B255, Text colour R253, G251, B247)

Give it a go yourself. Big red flag.

I bought one Hydrane product, was going to buy another, then I tried to unsubscribe from the emails. Nope, get stuffed, will buy the same thing elsewhere without a hydrane logo (they are all just chinese generic with Hydrane brang logo added anyway)

I bought this product 3 months ago and suddenly is stopped working while the battery seems to be fuctioning well.
Customer support asked for order information and video only to have a reply back that since i didn't pay the extended warranty i only had 60days to claim any service or refund.
60 days ?? For a device ? Why not make it 10 days and lower the risk.
Each company is responsible for selling a product that works at least 2 years or offer a service at least for that.
This is ridiculous don't trust them since they even don't trust their product as well

Great customer support. Timely and efficient responses to my inquiries. Iam very impressed with their professionalism and customer service, as I was promised that, defective unit will be replaced at no cost to me-within 60days of purchase.

Hydrayne overdelivered!

Turns out this way better than I thought, from the order to the delivery everything is A1 with them, support is really helpful as well. Will recommend to all my friends in construction! A must.

The Air Blasters are premium quality, they really are something!

The customer experience is optimal.

Purchased in may 2025 but now runs really hot, so much so it is very uncomfortable to hold, also battery life much shorter now, hydrayne only offer 60 days guarantee which says something! Wanted me to buy extended guarantee which again should make you wary, considering high price of this product, very disappointing and recommended to steer clear of

We've order four air blasters and one did not worked. Now they want me to pay an additional fee of 40% of the product for a replacement. This is absurd as a customer should not pay extra costs because a faulty product they have sent me. This is no service at all!

This does exactly what it’s supposed to. Powerful for its size and good for on-the-go use. Delivery was fast, but it could have been packed a little better.

A very handy tool, easy to carry around, and works really well. The only downside is that it’s a bit loud. Shipping was pretty quick, and customer service was helpful.

It does what it says—strong air blast in a tiny package. Took less time to arrive than I expected. Would’ve liked a bit more info on the packaging, but customer service was good when I asked.

I wasn’t sure about buying this because of its size, but wow, it’s really powerful for how small it is. Shipping was quick too, and customer service answered all my questions fast.

Great for quick air blasts. Fits easily in my bag, which is convenient. Only issue was a delay in delivery, but the product itself is solid.

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA, non comprate il prodotto, "sembra buono" dopo un paio di giorni non funziona più, non c'è garanzia, non ti fanno il reso come c'è scritto nel sito, "offriamo una garanzia di rimborso completa di 60 giorni", "se non sei completamente soddisfatto delle tue prestazioni, della sua potenza o del tempo che ti fa risparmiare, restituiscilo semplicemente per un rimborso completo, SENZA FARE DOMANDE" NON è affatto vero, state attenti, anche perché il reso è fatto con il prodotto mai usato, allora per dire che non sei soddisfatto, devi solo guardare il prodotto come un'opera d'arte, poi loro per la garanzia vogliano che acquisti un altro prodotto (ho il messaggio scritto nella mia email) e devi per forza acquistare la garanzia di 6 mesi a parte, ossia una fregatura, prodotto senza nessuna garanzia dal produttore e nessun reso caso non sia mai utilizzato, roba da pazzi!! vi consiglio vivamente di NON comprare questo prodotto e nemmeno acquistare da questo sito, per non essere fregato come me, ho tutti gli scambi di email dove c'è scritto ciò che vi sto raccontando e il filmato della non funzionalità del "prodotto eccellente" che dopo un paio di giorni ha smesso di funzionare e che il produttore non ha mai fatto il reso come è scritto sul sito o sostituito il prodotto difettoso . VERGOGNOSI

My coworker and I have been seeing their ads for a while now and we finally caved. He decided to cheap out and got a random one from aliexpress , but I went for the real deal and bought it from hydrayne. There's a real difference in power, I swear it's almost 2X stronger. I always believed that you get what you pay for. He probably got a cheap knock-off of this, lol. Will probably try other stuff from them too

Very powerful, fits in my tool belt so I can bring it everywhere. Highly recommend it!

This is probably a drop-shipping company. Don't get fooled by the Canadian address. All the items were received from China. The seller explained that they had to ship from the warehouse in China because they didn't have stock in the other warehouses in the other countries. The AirBlaster blasts air, it's quite powerful, it does the job, it's an ok product, but you can probably buy the same thing for less, somewhere else. They did manage to get their logo on it properly though, which is a plus. I also bought the vacuum and the drill from them and the vacuum has the Hydrayne logo on a cheap paper sticker attached to it. Cheap-looking products. Please do something better with your money, these products are no solution to what you need, as opposed to the way they market them on their website. With the same money you can buy a proper small drill from a reputed company or a better hand-held vacuum. I started asking for a refund a month ago and they're just stalling me. Do not encourage this kind of business, please!
