Really poor quality. Did not even use it 10 times before is broke. The glued pool opened up, and it is impossible to fix. Really poor quality:-(

Very poor quality ice bath with poor materials and some parts missing. No response from customer services team. The structure is easy to assemble but you cannot get enough air into the ring - the lid is completely useless. Would strongly recommend paying a bit more for a more reputable company (e.g Lumi or myomaster). I'll be binning this soon.

They didnt deliver a tub and refuse to pay money back. They dont even answer. Its a fraud

So this arrived with no instructions for the expensive water cooler aspect but many parts. The actual problem ce bath came with one too few pvc legs so we can’t use it. No luck getting in touch with anyone so far..

I think this may be a bogus website. I ordered an ice bath over 2 weeks ago. Everytime I email the hydrofic support email, Sarah emails back with a link and tracking number to track my purchased product. When I click on the link, it goes to an unsecure Chinese website. I’ve emailed several times to enquire about the ETA of my product but there is no answer forthcoming.

The service is incredibly bad.

I’ve even enquired on Instagram but no one responds.

Please tell me where my product is and when will I receive it????????

Horrible service been 2 months and still haven’t received my bath.
It’s says world wide shipping, I’m living in India then they use a sun contractor to deliver tub. Asking me for a kyc number, a kyc number is for Indian citizens not part time residents.
I’ve tried to explain to this them over 2 months and they won’t give me my money back or deliver.

It’s been weeks waiting for my item to “dispatch”. After so many emails back and forth where they kept saying they need to follow-up with their dispatch team, I advised them, via email, to cancel the order. All of a sudden they said the order was with the shipping carrier and couldn’t be cancelled, yet they couldn’t provide a tracking number. Absolutely scam.

It’s a scam basing on my experience. Ordered Aug 14, Order # 22667H. Never received the order.

I was given a run around on several email support follow up. Saying no tracking number because they used a carrier that ships with no tax so never had any tracking information.

After more than 30days, I was given a print screen that it has been delivered but the address it has been delivered to was completely different from the address I used for my order.

No response on either a replacement or refund query.

Dear Customer Service! I am sorry to note that the goods ordered from you were returned by the courier service. According to them, I did not receive a notification because you gave them a wrong email address. What I don't understand is that if I receive feedback about the purchase, why can't I enter that email address? Surprisingly well thought of product. Relatively cheaply made but for the price it's perfect. 10/10 Recommended, buy it now, don't wait.

It was a good experience buying the Hydrofic. The only issue was a leak, which I fixed.

The customer service was good, as they provided a 50% refund for this issue immediately.

Delivery took w long time than usual. Products are coming from China and they delivered the wrong item but in return they give me full free accessories to compensate.
