My old boiler needed replacing. Ben was fantastic, guiding me through my options within the budget I had. Excellent communication; I was well informed about the progress of my job at all stages. The boiler and radiator installations were quick, and my home was left tidy and clean. Ben made sure I understood how my new boiler worked once the job was complete. Great customer service!

We've used Hydroheat a few times before for servicing and safety checks, as well as installing extra radiators. We usually see Ben who is a great guy - reliable, knowledgeable, tidy and efficient. Having yearly service on our 23 year old Baxi boiler,Ben informed us of problems that made the boiler unsafe and that we would require a new one,asked Ben if he could give us a quote for a new one. Quote arrived the next day, we accepted quote and a new boiler was fitted just over 2 weeks later.Ben explained the problem with the old boiler and talked us through the good points of the new one. As usual we received a text the day before reminding g us of appointment time and a text half hour before he was due. Ben was very thorough, putting down dust sheets etc to keep the house tidy and as usual was friendly and efficient and talked us through the controls and followed up with message to ask if everything was OK. Would definitely recommend

A big thank you to Ben at hydro heat for coming to fix my boiler on such short notice. We where in minus temperature with no heating and Ben came out that day told us the problem then ordered the parts to fix the boiler. Next day all done Ben was friendly and easy to talk to. Hydro heat charge resanable prices and they get the job done thank you once again I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Ben has just fitted a brand new Vaillant boiler. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the advice and service he provided. I have been looking for a trustworthy boiler engineer for ages. Now I have found one. Ben is absolutely superb, I will be giving his number to all my friend’s family.
