veramente pessimi ho chiesto il rimborso piu volte e dopo 60 giorni non ho ancora ricevuto ne il rimborso ne la merce, ho aperto una controversia con paypal

Das Gute zuerst: Die Qualität der Folien, sowie die Designs und Website sind top. Die Erstellung geht schnell und intuitiv und das Design an und für sich kommt wie gewünscht, ggf. mit nachträglichen Änderungen an. Das Handling beim Auftragen ist ebenso sehr angenehm. Somit Folienqualität und Abwicklung bis zur finalen Bestellung wirklich SEHR GUT.

Das nützt allerdings nichts, wenn die nachfolgenden Punkte nicht stimmen:
Ich habe dort zwei Mal bestellt. Beim ersten mal hatte ich, wie schon von anderen berichtet, eine lange Wartezeit, dies war im Winter allerdings kein Problem und durch Corona vernachlässigbar. Das Dekor für eine 701 wurde mit einem ungewöhnlichen einteiligen Schnittmuster für die hinteren Seitenteile geliefert, dass durch die starken Wölbungen der Plastics nicht montierbar war. Auch professionelle Werbetechniker, denen ich die andere Seite zum bekleben gegeben hatte, konnten dies nicht faltenfrei verkleben. Kein Problem dachte ich: an den Support gewandt, ob man hier nachbessern könne, hierfür wurde allerdings der volle Preis gefordert und darauf verwiesen, dass ich falsch verklebt hätte (Werbetechniker hatte es wie oben genannt auch nicht geschafft). Nach einigem hin und her wurde ich dann ignoriert.

Da ich vor kurzem sah, dass es ein neues Template gibt, dachte ich kann ich den schlechten Kundenservice ignorieren und erneut dort bestellen, diesmal wird ja wohl alles passen.
Erneut knapp 6 Wochen Lieferzeit, scheinbar grundlos, da man auf Nachfragen keinen Grund nennen konnte.
Die vorderen Teile waren wieder sehr gut zu montieren, hinten hat allerdings NICHTS gepasst. Die eine Ecke zu kurz, die andere zu lang und die "Rennnummern" sind an der Kante gar unterschiedlich groß gedruckt. Ich habe mich nach der ersten Erfahrung gar nicht beim Support gemeldet, bis diese Bilder für ihre Social Media Präsenz angefragt haben. Ich habe zunächst nur darauf hingewiesen, dass die Teile nicht passen und es eine sehr schlechte Werbung wäre. Direkt wurde darauf verwiesen, dass alles mein Fehler war, da ich explizit das neue mehrteilige Schnittmuster angefragt habe und dieses nicht passen würde. Wenn Hyena das doch weiß, wieso verkauft es dieses dann??? Man meinte zudem, dass sich noch NIE ein Kunde über nicht passende Dekore beschwert hätte.
Nach etwas hin und her habe ich gemerkt, dass hier nichts passieren wird. Ignoriert wurde ich inzwischen sowieso erneut...

Nochmal werde ich dort nicht bestellen. Die Folie bleibt drauf, da es beim Fahren nicht mehr so sichtbar ist, außerdem schrecken die vielen Firmenlogos andere vielleicht ab hier zu bestellen.
Ich Frage mich wie so etwas vom Pierer Konzern lizensiert sein kann.

Kurzum kann ich mit einer 701 definitiv von einem Kauf abraten. Wer eine zeitnahe Lieferung erwartet oder etwas Support im Nachgang erwartet, ist hier ebenso falsch.

Wirklich schade, da die Website und Folien gut sind. Wenn man bessere Templates nehmen würde, die Lieferzeiten kürzer wären und man kulanter & netter mit Reklamationen umgehen würde, wäre das ein guter preiswerter Anbieter.

Non capisco le recensioni negative! Ho ordinato da loro e mi hanno seguito passo passo dopo il mio acquisto! È vero ci hanno messo un mese ma sono arrivate! Anche perché cosa pretendete? Grafiche completamente personalizzate penso sia normale! Comunque detto ciò.. ho ordinato da loro per il mio husky 701 e devo dire che le grafiche sono ben fatte, da loro ho trovato quello che da altre aziende non riuscivo a trovare! Sicuramente acquisterò di nuovo

Dopo un mese e mezzo dall' acquisto senza consegna chiedo il rimborso. Mi contattano garantendo la consegna, e accetto. Le grafiche mi arrivano, ma sono completamente sbagliate e tagliate in maniera del tutto differente rispetto alla mia moto. Mi sento truffato.

i ordered a full set of decals for my ktm 990 superduke.
1 week after ordering and paying for the decals i emailed them for a report on progress, they replied within 24 hours with a proof of what i had ordered and a request to accept the proof ready for manufacture.
a week after this and i received a 2nd email notifying me that they were being dispatched. They arrived 5 days later in well packed cardboard folder. i spent a few days cleaning and prepping the plastics ready for fitting the decals .
Following the instructions i have spent 3 nights fitting the decals using the fixing kit they supplied .
They were a little challenging to fit at times as they are super sticky and adhere to anything they touch but you can pull them off and stretch them a little to get them to conform to tight curves.
Overall the fit was good and they look great when there all on the bike. Be patient and Take your time with them and you will be surprised at what you can achieve.

Velevo acquistare le tabelle porta numero personalizzate per la mia honda xr600, ma poi ho avuto modo di conoscere l'esperienza negativa diretta di un mio conoscente, esperienza simile descritta anche in altre recensioni. Non proseguirò con l'acquisto

Avevo intenzione di acquistare delle grafiche ma visto le numerose recensioni negative riguardo i tempi di attesa mi rivolgerò ad altri

Ordinato le grafiche da un mese e pagate
Dopo aver confermato le bozze (15 giorni ) ho fatto altri solleciti
Passato un mese mi sento rispondere che manca il materiale per le mie grafiche
Allora chiedo di rinunciare e vorrei un rimborso
Mi rispondono di no perché hanno stampato in parte le grafiche
Onestamente spenderò i miei soldi da persone più affidabili e che curino di più i clienti

I recently ordered a set of decals for a yamaha ttr600, I used the online designer and within a few days the guys were in contact with me to clarify some details and show me a preview (I had an aftermarket headlight so they adjusted the decal for this).
A week or so later and I received a parcel all the way from Italy with lots of extra small stickers in for toolboxes etc!
Graphics are fitted and look great for the price. graphics for my bike are very rare.
Will be buying from these guys again in the future as they do designs for the rarer bikes.

Un kite deco commandé avec le modèle de ma moto il met plus d un mois pour arriver et ce n es pas le bon pour ma moto .
J en refais un comme c étais le Noël de mon fils déjà il me le font payer le prix fort et je l attend depui un moi cité à fuire et pas commerçant du tout

Sehr gute stabile Folie. Gut zu verarbeiten. Es ist jedes Motiv machbar. Preislich finde ich es sogar günstig. Mir ist eine Seitenverkleidung leider verbrannt mit dem neuen Dekor. Ich konnte ohne weiteres nur das defekte Teil bestellen, Hyena speichert deinen individuellen Dekor, somit ist eine Ersatzlieferung unproblematisch. Sehr zu empfehlen.

L'équipe hyena a été hyper réactive à mes demandes, chaque questions que je leur ai posé, ils m'ont apporté une réponse hyper rapide et personnalisée !

Mon kit déco est arrivé exactement comme je l'attendais. La qualité des stickers est vraiment excellente et le rendu final est juste magnifique ! J'ai l'impression d'avoir carrément changé de moto !

Même après la vente le suivi est juste génial ! C est le top ! Je recommande vraiment à 200%!

Horrible experience from the start. 5 days after the order was placed & paid I still had heard nothing from them.
I then contacted them and they claimed order was pending since they hadn´t recieved payment. After sending proof from paypal that it was indeed paid, they progressed with the order.
10 days from then order was still not sent. After another contact they got the shipment ready and it was recieved almost a month after order was placed, not very impressing.

To give them some kind of credit, the material they use is really good. But that´s where the possitive things stop. Fitment on bike is nothing but horrible. Holes are missing, cuts are wavy with serious overlapping of the decals. They also need serious trimming to get a decent fit.

After many customer "care" contacts they point me in the direction of the manager. They will fix their bad cuts and fitment if I pay for shipping once again. 25 Euro for me to fix what they didn´t do good the first time and what they claim they "will try to fix" this time.

I refuse to pay for shipping and they now claim that then there´s nothing more they can do.

Please take a moment to think before ordering anything from this company.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. See this post as a warning for when you're deciding to order. Never again for me.
I have ordered a stickerset from this website for my KTM 690SM to cover up some of the damage on the plastics. The website in the first place looked promising and the guy from support I've talked to was friendly but when I recieved the stickers I found out that they were a very bad fit.

When applying the stickers I had to make some holes for the screws myself because they were not on the stickers. Then when applying the stickers they were too short on one side and to big on the other. I've used a heatgun and followed the instructions on the website very closely but I still couldn't get the stickers to fit. They were overlapping eachother and huge amounts of the plastics were still showing.

After messaging support about this they kept saying the stickers were a standard template and that it was my fault for not applying the stickers correctly. Even after showing the pictures of the terrible fit they just wouldn't budge. There was zero understanding for my problem and they will not admit their mistake.

After realizing I would not get my money back from them, I have now filed a case with my bank to get a refund on my creditcard.
Be very wary of this company!

Il sito è fatto bene e c'è una grossa varietà peccato che le date di spedizione non vengono PER NIENTE rispettate. Per le mie grafiche ho aspettato più di un mese, erano rovinate e non combaciavano bene.
Non comprerò mai più.
