Hygger is the real deal. I had an issue with one of my heaters and they didn’t hesitate—fast response, no hassle, and they made it right immediately.

That’s the kind of company you want behind your tank. Anyone can sell equipment, but not everyone stands on business when something goes wrong. Hygger does.

I had a great experience with Hygger’s customer service. My original order had an issue, but their team was quick to respond and made sure I received a replacement without any hassle.

The new retractable aquarium light bracket arrived safely, was easy to install, and works perfectly. I really appreciate how responsive and helpful the support team was throughout the process.

Had a small issue with a heater after never having any issues with their products and have been extremely happy with quality for the price and they immediately responded, tried to problem solve and when it didn’t work, replaced the unit with no hassles.
Will def be buying more of their products in the future.

Bought a 10 gallon fish tank thay i think may be discontinued by ivr also bout alot of other things from them that r not cheap. I have 248 reward points and thought well maybe i could get a light that would just set on top with my rewards and coupon it left a balance of $1.29 tried reachimg out but for such a great company and their very high prices you cant even get a phone number for them anymore than I can get them to call me to resolve this issue the light that sits atop the tank is probably a far cry from the price to replace the top to the tank ans becides that the temperature control only showed temps in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit how most people in the United States go by temperatures in fish tanks so I had to buy a separate temperature gauge that floats in the tank just so I know what the temperature is and can keep a good eye on it but apparently nobody wants to reach out to me so I give him one star I’m not too happy hopefully maybe somebody will get this and see it and give me a goddamn call and try to fix and resolve this 61 years old I shouldn’t have to fight with a company that I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with just to get a goddamn darn light for a top of our fish tank that actually blew so give me a call or I’ll just keep giving you bad Reviews. I’d appreciate some customer courtesy that’s all I’m asking so once again you have my number I put it in this email. No one can reach you for some reason I assume maybe that’s because of problems but it will go to the Better Business Bureau if you do not give me a call or reach out to me and make this right thank you. I had a problem with my first model ordered but emailed and their customer support team got with me right away. They sent a replacement and it arrived without any issues. I ran this thing for a week and my tank has never looked clearer! I highly recommend this product and their customer support team is five star

There was some issue regarding my order (wrong item received). I contacted Customer Service, and she was very understanding and helpful. It was nice to deal with someone who is sympathetic and efficient. Hygger Aquarium is a good company. I've bought many things from them, and am very pleased with all the purchases I made.

Customer service is top tier! They were super helpful getting me some back up replacement parts, and even reached out to make sure I did receive them.

They warrantied my filter in a quickly almost no hassle way. The only issue I had waa taking a video of it not working. But I get they need to see that it malfunctioned.

Heater stopped heating. Contacted support and they requested some info. Responded and withing 2 days I had a new heater. Great customer service

I have been very pleased with Hygger. I initially received a defective unit and they went out of their way to quickly send me a replacement. The replacement unit is perfect and working great. I would rate their customer service team 5 stars. Happy to have a clean aquarium!

Purchased hygger Aquarium Heater a good few years ago and its worked OK, fluctuate temperature but nothing drastic.
Today that changed it overheated in the sump and the outer case gave off black toxic smoke, to the point it set off the smoke detection in the hallway. Tanks now crashed lost the lot. Estimated loss £5000

Hygger Service has been wonderful. A scary mishap with a product and they took immediate action to remedy the problem at no cost honoring the warranty. I've been using their products for a few years and very happy with performance. The service center communication has been a great experience. Looking forward to receiving my new equipment.

Hygger makes top quality products at a very reasonable price, often lower than the top competitors. They are my one stop shop for all my aquarium needs. Never had any issues with anything I've ordered. Love the free shipping and very well packaged and received in a timely manner.

Worst thing I’ve ever bought. The riser for the light doesn’t hold the weight and bends forward. Complete waste of money. Customer service doesn’t respond at all. Don’t buy from this place.

The 25 watt wavemaker lasted for 92 days and displayed a code of 04 which means it needs cleaning. After a thorough cleaning it still does not work. I will try a better brand
