The unfriendly and unprofessional saleswoman named Giedre not only showed up late to our call, but also refused to tell me about the product and wouldn't stop asking me about my budget. I told her that I have an open budget and am exploring my options. She refused to help me understand what is different about HypeAuditor compared to the many competitors that exist in the space. She wouldn't even acknowledge that there were many competitors and couldn't even name them. It was such a waste of time, and she was honestly so incredibly rude and offensive that I had to hang up. I would never recommend talking to this company. Either the sales reps are not being trained properly in customer service, or she just doesn't care about her job. It's sad because I was really looking forward to learning more about the platform, but after this outrageous experience, I won't be giving it a second thought.

They underestimate networths by millions of dollars. It is almost funny how it confused ai. This is not where you should go to research influencers.

Extremly bad marketing practices, I had spent thousands of dollar with them looking to utilize their services. Since run a subscription based service, they took all my credits away at the end of the subscription even though I had used barley any then tried to charge me the same thousand dollar subscription again. Have never distrusted a platform more.

We focus on highly specialized B2B influencers on IG and YouTube, and finding such accounts is not easy at all. It is possible to find a few manually, but if you need several dozens or even hundreds, it is almost impossible without a special tool.

HypeAuditor has been a great help for us. Their database is huge, and with the keyword and AI search features, we can find even very niche and specific creators that match our exact requirements.

We also use their tools for outreach and campaign tracking, this combination saves us tons of time and effort, and allows to scale fast

If the subpar software wasn't bad enough, Hype Auditor's customer support - or rather, the complete lack thereof - is truly infuriating. For weeks, I attempted to reach out for assistance and clarification. My messages were met with deafening silence. They promised a trial period, which never materialized despite multiple follow-ups. It's clear that once they have your money, Hype Auditor has zero interest in actually supporting their customers.

Nightmare Cancellation Process
The true colors of Hype Auditor shone through when I attempted to cancel my pro subscription. Instead of providing a simple cancellation button like any reputable service would, they forced me through an absurd maze of hoops and obstacles. It was a blatant attempt to frustrate customers into giving up and continuing their subscriptions. This predatory tactic is not only unethical but should be illegal.

Their influencer reports are absolutely useless and show almost no data and something that I can get for free in any other tool. This is an absolute waste of time and money. Misleading marketing and poor results. Waste of money.

I have to say for all of company, this HypeAuditor is quite a rubbish. First of all, it's rebill suscription without inform me!! It's totally against law, I didn't receive anything before rebill. And the customer service is quite bad. It's very slow and you ask A and they answer B!!!

Great tool for creating lists and identifying potential collaborators. The reports are detailed and contain useful and thorough information. The team is proactive and responsive to any doubts or questions.

Used to search for influencers. Wanted to know how accurate it is, so checked two fake influencers who recently bought 1 million fake russian no profilepic followers. Their audience was fine said Hypeauditor. Then I tried two influencers that are the best in the industry without a doubt. And they got bad ratings on audience and engagement because they dont fake like their posts. Their data science is far from reliable. Dont spend your money here.

I spent $3000 on hype auditor, and I was beyond excited use the platform but of course they are money hungry and they gave the credits an expiration date (Without me knowing) will happen to you also, then had the audacity to reach out to me later asking me to spend another $3000 to re-start my trial and get more credits.... TERRIBLE PLATFORM

I had been in contact with a representative from HypeAuditor for two weeks, discussing the specifics and even having a call to understand the capabilities of their tool. The impression given was that a free trial was on the table. However, after dedicating this time and effort into the discussions, I was informed that the option for a free trial had been "completely erased."

The abrupt removal of the free trial option was perplexing and frustrating, particularly after the amount of time invested. Moreover, there was no immediate explanation provided for this sudden change, which further adds to the disappointment.

I would like to hear an explanation for this sudden change in service options and why it was not communicated earlier. As it stands, this experience has significantly impacted my view of HypeAuditor and raises questions about the company's transparency and customer service.

This tool is terrible. You can supposedly "filter" based on criteria like "category." I tried to filter on "travel" and the influencers that came up had NOTHING to do with travel. It seems their data is poor. They also charge a lot and then have a "pro" option for marginal additional options.

Their support team doesn't respond. They have a sales team for the enterprise option which is $5K per year and they'll do a demo, but no free trial. So I signed up for the Lite monthly plan to test it out. When I pointed the problems, the sales team just told me to email support who doesn't respond. Three weeks into the paid program and I haven't been able to use the tool and support hasn't emailed me back in a week.

Created an account and it shows 3 (not 3 pages, 3 total results) and does not provide transparent pricing without a direct contact. Bad market pratices, wouldn't recomment to create an account, let alone get in touch.

Avoid these scam merchants. They want access to your social media, mine all your personal info and then try to hold you to ransom with an expensive "service" that many operators offer for free. As I said, read the other reviews and avoid.
