Very low quality proxies. I asked for the proxies to be replaced because they weren't working as advised twice. The second time they denied my request because they claimed I didn't give enough information about the issue and because I was pending cancellation. Very bad customer service.

We allow one replacement per billing cycle, any after is a courtesy. After requesting the target site for your use case to help better your solution, you set the proxies to cancel.
