Bought two Haegan Deegan toy, not ride on, dirt bike for my grandsons. One worked and the other does not even after changing batteries. Emailed the company and clearly no one read it because they would have known it was a toy, plus I included the order number. The response was to send part numbers, replacement pieces, etc. Although it’s a $29.99 dirt bike, customer service is lacking. Won’t buy from Hyper Toys again and will be sure friends don’t either.

I recently rescued a Hyper Toy Jeep Gladiator Ride-on from a neighbors trash. After realizing it still turned on for a second, I drug it in the house, charged it fully, and to my surprise it worked. The only thing that didn't work was the high speed switch so I ordered a new dashboard control panel. Unfortunately, once that arrived and was installed, it quit charging. The customer service representative went above and beyond trading pictures and information with me to make it right, even sending me a new wiring harness at no cost.
You can rest assured, if you purchase a Hyper Toys product and for some reason, something isn't right, they are not only going to stand behind thier products, but also do what they have to do to keep them working and their customers happy!

Please before writing a review please check where you are writing it, there are two Hyper-Toys, one in Europe ( Portugal 🇵🇹 / Lisbon ) and other in North America, this are 2 completely diferent companies with no conection. Hyper-Toys.com its a toys collectibles shop, the one selling bikes and bateries its hypertoys, In Portugal Hyper-Toys they do not sell bikes or trycicles or batheries.
Please check the respective websites before writing reviews in the wrong page.

My child was given a remote control car for Christmas. The battery life is extremely short. Wrote to the company about the warranty, and they will only honor it if you have the receipt. They also don’t sell any kind of replacement parts. Poor costumer service. DO NOT BUY TOYS FROM THIS COMPANY!

These people are pure trash. Their toys don't charge and their website gives you an error when you try to view the manuals. Avoid at all costs if you don't want an angry kid.

Absolutely terrible terrible experience. After charging the forklift twice, the battery is completely gone. I contacted customer service and they told me to buy a new battery. It was only used four times. Very poor battery performance and very poor customer experience I would not buy from this company again.

Purchased Hyper Toys 24V ride on drift go cart for Grandson's Christmas present. We bought it early (November) to make sure we had it in time for Christmas and that my husband had time to get it put together. Since he got it in the winter, Grandson did not ride it until spring (April). Rode it three times before it stopped running. Contacted the company but they only have a 6-month warranty and it begins from the date of purchase and was expired. We replaced the batteries but the original batteries were still fully charged so that did not appear to be the issue. We bought a starter switch from Hyper Toys and installed it but the cart still did not work. We contacted hyper toys again wanting to know what kind of fuse was in the cart since it appeared to be the most likely problem given that the batteries and started switch had been replaced. No one could answer the question. The company has no tech support and person answering the phone has no real knowledge of the product. We never got the cart running again.

My Husband ordered a bike with this company on Amazon on the 16 June 2024 that bike lost In transit . I contacted them and they said would send replacement 01/07/24 that states out for delivery still waiting he got his mood guards light and no bike

Great company providing collectibles at affordable prices including shipping. Very happy with my purchase.

Great communication via Email and on Instagram too, Shipping rates to Malta were very good for two huge heavy boxes of Sauron Prime 1, and The packaging was bulletproof proof :) For sure will shop again
