Great service but website can do with improvements

Rented a Rust Server, but since the host is running on a Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2680 v3 @ 2.50GHz, the server had lag issues. To run Rust you should be on 3.5Ghz or better. The staff are nice enough and responsive to problems with network security. DDoS attacks on a server in the cluster were only slightly inconvenient. The biggest issue is the dated nature of the hardware, and ya'll can't be blamed. I've shopped around, and the Xeon servers are everywhere in South Africa. The problem is they're pretty good for a database server, web servers etc. What they're not good at is something where one or two threads need to run as fast as possible. And the few servers available like that in South Africa are very pricey. Given loadshedding and corruption and crime in South Africa, I also don't expect you to go install more expensive consumer CPU machines to please the game server owners. But the hardware ain't keeping up, it's forcing us to go with private hosting. That's pretty hard for small community servers to do, and that's sad. But so's life.

Edit : Reply to the Reply : You are quite right. 123 plugins, and that's cut down from 145. My server setup isn't an easy one to run. It was developed to run on a much faster system, and the fact that I can more or less stay at 20 FPS on a 2.5Ghz processor is impressive in itself, and as you say the South African market is not conducive to investing in new hardware right now. I looked in South Africa for a server that can handle that load, but self hosting isn't an option for me right now, mostly due to not having a robust loadshedding power system. Rust in itself is a hungry game server, and given the *very* modded nature of the server, it would be better on a dedicated server, and that's rather expensive in South Africa. For a normal community server, honestly you guys have the fastest response time, and you care for your customer base, rare in South Africa. I'll happily recommend your services to anyone who wants to run a Vanilla, or lightly modded Rust server, and the rest of the available Rust hosting companies haven't got any better hardware, you're all in the same boat. I'd think about taking the plunge and investing in some Ryzens. Whomever can increase server performance will get people moving to your service, as said before : Your customer service deserves an award.

I've always had issues with relay servers for Twitch, no matter what quality I set my stream to. This server has had no issues and I've had stable streams since. Its really worth it.

Honestly, the customer support. Ive spun up a palworld server with hyperlayer, the server itself gave some problems due to the bad optimisation from the devs side, however the support team really helped in improving performance. Ultimately the SLA time is great!

Started Hosting one Server and everything was good and we had no issues therefore we added another.

Overall service was good but you stuffed up by biting off more than you could chew.
When new game servers are launched you as existing customer can definitely expect some downtime and lag. (Server uptime is not guaranteed or promised)

We understand that a business needs to grow ,but not at the expense of your current Clients.

We have since then moved our servers to a more trusted service provider.

The experience has been seamless and support (Adam) has been very efficient at replying to questions with links and answers. The sever is easy to manage and change as I go and I haven’t had any issues since I’ve been using it with friends.

After sales is absolutely amazing!!! It was a bit difficult setting up the actual minecraft server at first but the support helped with the setup. It now runs smoothly with automated backups.

This is also the cheapest service at such high level of service. 10/10 for sure.
