My greatest challenge, weight loss-wise, is consistency. Having Hypno Health allows me to maintain consistency by returning to the program and factoring it into my daily meditation practice.

This program is easy to use. I'm enjoying the daily hypnosis tracks that focus on both health and wellness and happiness/motivation.

Great program to lose weight. Just a 15 min recording to listen 3 to 5 times a week.

Have just had it a week, but I went to my fav restaurant and instead of ordering my usual Eggs Benedict with Roasted Potatoes which I love, I heard myself order the egg white omelet with berries. Huh??? Where did that come from??? Oh! Maybe it’s working!

I like the interface, and the sessions are calming and helpful.

It’s rather amazing how I feel after doing the sessions for less than a week. I have much less thinking about food and a lot more neutral thinking about sweets, my go to food to avoid feelings. I’m thrilled to have purchased it.

It's absolutely a scam, all AI generated, included the made up claim of 6000 trust pilot reviews, there are none. I paid and got AI generated audio script for women, it's supposed to me tailored to each individual. The audio quality is terrible so you can't even listen to it.
Response from email address is that they can't find my transaction or account. The Terms and Conditions are designed to jump up to large subscriptions and you won't have any recourse to get a refund.
