I was in so much pain over the weekend. I found i-GP on a Sunday evening and by Monday morning when they opened I had a prescription in my inbox. No doubt I would have still been awaiting a call back at that point from my own GP. An excellent service and well worth £15.

Excellent again. I've used iGP a few times and am always very pleased with the service. I've even had a callback to update me. Dr Dhillon is very professional and helpful.
£15 is well worth the service

I've used i-GP numerous times now and they never fail to disappoint. All they charge is £15 (refunded if they can't offer any treatment) - when you're in agony with the likes of toothache, £15 is nothing.

Absolutely brilliant service... last night (friday) I had the start of tooth ache that became unbearable through the night... waited until 8.30am to call dentaline when they opened... (24mins to get through) they booked appt and said it would be £32 plus any other fees and prescription charge on top (not a prob.. its out of hours and I'm in agony) appt booked for 12.30 at a community surgery about 5miles away.. by 10am I couldn't cope with the pain and found i-gp online... I filled in the consultation... paid £15 (refundable if they can't treat you) and within 30 mins got an email from a GP confirming dental abcess an prescription had been sent to my local pharmacy... picked this up 10 mins later for the cost of a private charge.. £4.21!!!!!! Cheaper than an NHS prescription! So in less than an hour all sorted... unbelievable service will definitely use again and highly recommend 10/10

Excellent service. I have used three times now and consistently high quality service. For minor issues, I have completed consultation and picked up my prescription within the hour. (Once it took 90 minutes).

I love the NHS, they have treated me for major issues, and this service is the perfect complement to it. Why burden the overextended NHS for minor issues when you can pay a nominal assessment fee and cost of prescription.

Fantastic service, had a dental abscess. Prescribed antibiotics within the hour and collected. Doctors communicated with pharmacy 5*, would definitely use again.

Excellent service - well worth the money ! Dentist removed me from list as not been in last three years - cannot think why that may have been !! 🙄 GP refused to see me as dental - paid the £15 and was reviewed within an hour - prescription collected from local pharmacy within two hrs at a third of the price of an NHS prescription ! Very happy! Now to find the needle in the haystack - an NHS dentist 😂 yeah right !! Best get saving !!

Absolutely brilliant service! I was suffering with a severe gum infection over the weekend and it was impossible to be seen by an out of hours dentist or GP, or to even obtain a prescription for medication.

NHS 111 actually suggested I go to A&E…not really what you want to do during a pandemic!

I was in so much pain (over the counter painkillers not helping) and was looking on the internet for anything that might help me, when I came across i-GP. It sounded too good to be true.

But I filled out the online form and paid the £10 fee (around three in the morning as sleeping was just impossible) and lo and behold, shortly after nine o’clock the following morning I received confirmation of my treatment plan and then my prescription was sent to my pharmacy.

I am now on my second day of antibiotics and am feeling so much better already. It was such bliss when the pain subsided.

I will of course get it checked out by a dentist in due course, but I cannot thank i-GP enough for helping me when nobody else did.

Please don’t hesitate to use their services, they are brilliant.

The service is fantastic.
After hours of phoning around dentists I could not get an emergency appointment, so I filled in the online questionnaire, and within one hour my prescription was at the pharmacy waiting for me to collect it.
This means that when I do see my dentist the swelling will have gone and he can get on with the treatment.
I will use them again for minor problems.
Only £10 for the consultation and £2.50 for antibiotics (although this does vary between pharmacies).

I am a nurse and knew my ear infection was here to stay, my GP was unavailable and I couldn’t face another day in pain, without sleep and unable to hear. It only took an hour from diagnosis to prescription, they asked all the right questions and were thorough. The prescription was sent to the pharmacy I selected and I have been able to commence treatment right away. Great value. Very pleased. Will definitely use this company again.

Fantastic online diagnosis system and super efficient. A cost effective way of sorting minor ailments without the stress of trying to get hold of your GP. Would highly recommend.

I’ve used i-gp a few times now and they are brilliant. The process is easy to follow online, there were no delays and I had my prescription within a few hours.

Very fast and cost effective service - reported tooth abscess and medication prescription was sent straight away to my nominated pharmacy.

Had a dental abscess and was in a tremendous amount of pain. Filled in questionnaire at 9pm and received medication next day. My doctor would not issue antibiotics as dental and I could not get a dentist appointment so this saves me much suffering. I could not believe that the total cost including medication was £16.Would.use again and would recommend to other people.

This is the third time I've used i-gp. Very convenient - they are definitely my first go to place for minor issues where I don't need a face to face consultation. From filling in the form to collecting meds has never been longer than 2 hours. Excellent.

What excellent service! We all know there aren't enough gp appointment slots to go round, just the way it is. But for those conditions- they are clearly listed- that need treatment more quickly, this is a go to service. A thorough history is taken, there is opportunity to expand, and a decision is made quite quickly, as to a private prescription if needed. For me was an insect bite (damn Blandford fly again) going onto cellulitis, I have history of that. So antibiotic prescription emailed to chosen pharmacy. Cost of £10 for service plus the charge for the meds, all within less than 24 hours. What more could you ask for? Thank you so much for your help!

I had an ear infection. 24 hours after my online diagnosis I had my medicine. The service is very fast and very convenient.

Excellent service helped me when i needed it the most and on a weekend. Contacted them on a saterday picked up my prescription sunday from chemist. Really grateful for the help and advice i will not hesitate to use again. I'll also be recommending the services to people. 5 stars reallyil is not enough.
