Hilary Lawson started this. Perhaps he's the one to put pressure on. I have emailed and messaged social media. I am about to cancel my credit card. It's been months of IAI taking money from TWO Accounts: one which I had used to go to the festival. It's a shame this is such POOR management.

No unsubscribe button, only through mail and they don't reply even if following the formalities described in the terms and conditions for unsubscribing via mail. I'll have to contact my bank to deal with this.

Scam, won’t let me cancel subscription

They don’t let you unsubscribe on their website for a reason. Because they don’t let you unsubscribe. I’ve sent mails to cancel my subscription and I never get an answer. On top of that I still get charged.

there is no way to unsubscribe or delete your credit card info! there is no response whatsoever to any emails, no way to contact to anyone. I'm afraid that my credit card info is not secure anymore so I had to cancel and change my credit card, please avoid this website, it's scam!

Most definitely a scam. If you value your time (and money), avoid.

Don't ever subscribe! They won't let you cancel the subscription in any way. Website doesn't have the option and they won't respond any mail. Total scam from what seemed a trustworthy video academy.

I agree with previous 1-star reviews. The organisation is actually interesting and well-meaning, but its subscription portal is ridiculous. I have emailed them 5 times to request cancellation of my subscription, with no acknowledgement or response. I have had to instruct my bank to block any future attempts to charge my debit card

Can't access the content I paid for, and they never got back to me. Avoid it's a scam website.
