Uts very helpful and convenient becsuse they provide portable power soñution

Don't Buy this product! I'm not one to place a review but I have had such a poor experience I wanted to warn other buyers. I purchased al Allpower product in March and unfortunately I have not been able to obtain help through their customer service. I have sent them pictures and emails of detailed description pictures of the unit turning off the power plugs after a period of time. No matter what I did to the machine it would always shut off the power plugs. I plugged the power station into the wall and then plugged my freezer into the power station. Check on it periodically and over night it would shut off the power plugs. I complained to the customer service and all they would request is a video. I requested a refund and authorization to return and they kept dismissing my complain. Disappointing. If they had offered to replace it I would consider it but there has been no offer to help me. Highly recommend not purchasing from them. My last correspondence was July 15. Customer service is terrible.

Overall, I recommend Allpowers as a trustworthy company with quality products, but it’s important to plan for potential delays in shipping.
