Operato corretto ed efficiente, quando ho richiesto rimborso e chiusura investimento hanno evaso le richieste in linea.

Il conto è tutto gratis, prelievo e ritiro.
Un pò basso il tasso interesse ma va bene per accantonare qualche soldo extra.

Estive um ano a testar a plataforma.
Ao longo do ano, fui recebendo os juros compostos; tive uma promoção de aniversário que falhei e, depois de falar com o suporte, consegui ter acesso à mesma. Quando chegou a data de renovação, o mail foi parar ao spam; falei com o suporte e, sem qualquer prejuízo, consegui levantar para a minha conta - demorou 2 dias úteis. Em termos de segurança, penso que é uma das plataformas com mais restrições, o que a torna bem segura a meu ver.
Por agora não posso voltar a investir mas recomendo.

Ho operato con Iban per circa 7 mesi, dopo di che ho disinvestito tutto.
Funziona e gli interessi sono sempre stati pagati.
Tuttavia la trasparenza è a zero, ho più volte cercato dettagli e chiesto all'assistenza spiegazioni su come vengono investiti i soldi, ma non mi è mai stato indicato nulla se non generiche descrizioni.
Per un investimento serio la trasparenza è il primo requisito e con Iban non ci siamo proprio. Mi aspetto report dettagliati, esattamente come la concorrenza.

Hum... One can't use the app/service as they tell us in the beginning... I am their client since 2019, but now, and because I'm using the charge by card (maximum 5000 eur/month - their conditions), they now say that one can't do that !!!

Tengo una semana que bloquearon mi cuenta de Iban Wallet y según ellos dicen que la cuenta está en mantenimiento, lleno una semana que no me dan respuesta y bloquearon mis $10,000 tengan cuidado con este fraude.

Me bloquearon mi cuenta sin previo aviso. No sé a quien recurrir. Tengo 7k en mi cuenta y necesito mi dinero

Incredibly unprofessional. I tested the service which worked fine but withdrew all my money once I started doing some more research.

Just recently, almost 2 years without using their service, they got back in touch through a third party provider and ask for financial information regarding money laundering laws. They didn't ask for them in the first place (although they were legally obligated to do so) and are now calling and emailing former clients non stop and bother them to cover up for their mistake.

Incredibly unprofessional, full of typos and probably a big scam. Stay away from it.

I have earned a little more than a hundred in the process.

My experience. Great up to the point of their image management on the internet. There is much confusion about this platform. For some it is an absolute horror experience and for others like for me it went flawlessly. Except for the day when I could not deposit more money.
This triggered the memory of all the bad experiences that I read about and finally lost trust in this company. I then decided to take all my money out.

Polish your transparency!!! It is a bad game you are playing if you do not publish your numbers! Take example in Bondora (all rights reserved). Publish your Annual reports and do so on time. Transparency generates trust, you have lost a long term customer because of your lack of transparency.

Hola, llevo 3 años con Iban Wallet, no tengo ninguna duda de que ha sido lo mejor que he hecho. Abonan intereses diarios, no hay comisiones, dan un buen interés por el dinero depositado, el personal te asesora si deseas hacer inversiones en cualquier tipo de fondo, y con la plataforma estás informado día a día de tu dinero y de tus inversiones; en fin, para mí funcionan de maravilla y lo recomiendo plenamente.

Changed my mind. First I liked it how easy it was to deposit and withdraw money, but suddenly they blocked my account because the proof of address was not valid. While they validated it at first. Then my withdrawals were suddenly refused. While they affirmed it at first. Don’t trust this anymore. Administratively chaotic denial of service.

O numero de telefone da Ibanwallet Portugal 308811546, já há pelo menos 2 semanas que está desactivado (não chega sequer a chamar).
O gestor de conta não atende o telemovel.
E o email que enviei a dar conta disso, tambem não obtive resposta!
