Really happy to place my order from ibhejo. The customer service was really supportive specially vishal from the team and they also provided me the good discount . Would definitely order more in future. Please make the delivery on time.

I have been getting noodlers fountain oen inka regularly feom ibhejo.com foe last 5 years now. Never had an issue. They are a trustworthy e-commerce platform.

Not a reliable website. None of orders received so far rather received mails on further delays.

My experience with ibhejo has been a nightmare,I ordered an American flag iPhone X case, eventually I received it only to be very disappointed with the quality,so I contacted ibhejo immediately and told them I wanted to return it , they asked for a photo of the product which I sent, a polite reply saying they are looking into my complaint, I asked for a RHA number and a return address as they requested, 5 times now, still no return address ,none found on the website, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY,THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER CARE OR RETURN POLICY,

As on today I didn't receive my parcel. First you bought a wrong product. Though you informed me correct situation. But I am the sufferer.
Atleast inform me the present situation.

Very very poor customer service. I sent multiple mails but no response.
Called multiple times but never picked the call.

Even if it is covid pandemic, at least one time they should have responded.

Customer care services is very bad never attende phone calls, not resoloves email service requests. Very poor rated site I m suspect about my money and product genuine es. Recommends not to waste time and money here

First of all the site is very easy to operate,discounts are very good and best and important part is after sales service and to that I will give IBHEJO 100/100,means to say that if any product is missing in Transit or product is expired, refund is initiated instantly. What more security can I demand from IBhejo. But I am missing your 60-80% sales now.Please mail me whenever your 60-80% sales are on. Thank you Ibhejo...............
