The great lines of communication from shamus and everyone involved with the sale of my house and shamus fighting for us to get as much as possible

I filled out all the forms for a cash offer on Sunday. I immediately received an automated text saying I would hear from someone at a particular number which was incorrect, instead I was contacted by someone named Mark who left me a message and said well don't call me back today I'm getting ready to watch the game, give me a call tomorrow. So I called him the next day and it went to voicemail and he sent me a text saying I don't think you were supposed to call me, you need to talk to Seamus... And he's telling me this after he had already left me a voicemail and had sent me a text saying to contact him the next day!!! So right from the beginning no one knows what the other person is doing! So then I received a call from Seamus and he told me he would get back with me on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest... It's now Thursday night and I have not heard back from anyone so don't waste your time in even trying to get a cash quote from this company because obviously they don't give a sh!t!!!!!

Shamus made selling my home a painless experience. He was quick, professional, knowledgeable and helped with anything I needed. I was surprised with the offer he was able to obtain for me and pleased with the overall process. From start to finish was only about 2.5 weeks. We made a deal outside of closing and Shamus kept his word. If you are looking for a professional to sell your home fast, get a deal you are pleased with and walk away satisfied, Shamus is your guy.

They found a buyer for my home, at my asking price and quickly which is what I needed for my situation. I needed to sell in a hurry to be able to care for my elderly parent.

I felt like my house sale didn't matter to Shamus. They were more concerned with the buyer than me the seller. I had to push constantly to get things done and when I asked for help getting the closing papers done on time I was blown off and ignored until they needed something. It was very stressful. I would not recommend using iBuyer to anyone who wants things done properly in a timely fashion. I have emails and texts to prove this. Also due to the delay in having the paperwork sorted for closing I did not receive my funds for the sale for about 5 days after closing.

The people that Ibuyer.com did an amazing job with helping getting our house sold. They found the buyer for us and signing was simple the buyer pay for all the stuff that need to be paid and whatever was left owed to the house was paid off. They did a good job with keeping in contact with me and giving me updates even if I didn’t like the updates but they were honest with me and kept me in the loop. I would used them again if I had too

What can I say? We needed to sell quickly and reached out to numerous companies. What we find was a bunch of wholesalers giving low ball offers with high pressure scammy pitches.

When we found Shamus at iBuyer it was a game changer! We got a reasonable offer for our home and walked away with what we would have gotten through a conventional realtor without the hassle of having to prep and show our home.
