Faultless service despite manufacturing delays
Although there was a significant delay between ordering and delivery I cannot fault the folks at icarlease at all. Craig especially made sure to keep me in the loop along the way. I will definitely be looking at renewing with them in a few years time.

The communication with the Account Manager (Rebecca) was second to none. Any questions, queries I had whether about the car I was ordering, the paperwork I was required to complete, it all responded to quickly and in a friendly and professional manner. Found the car I was interested in, put the finance order through and 2 days later after I followed up I was told by Craig Sutton that they are very busy (I was told it would take 24 hours) and now unfortunately all the stock cars are sold and the new price is nearly £100 more p/m.
