Their website is ‘icasque.co.uk’ but they post items from France so if an item doesn’t fit you have to pay excessive postage charges to return an item and if you want a refund it can take up to two weeks from the time of posting. Extremely poor company that I would never use again!
L’article commandé pourtant en stock sur le site ne l’était finalement pas. Il fallait patienter deux mois et demi pour que le réassort puisse être effectif sur Icasque.
Toutefois, le service clients a été réactif en me prévenant deux jours après la commande passée. Ils ont effectué le remboursement en 4 jours.

Le descrizioni delle misure sono furvianti e il reso costa un esagerazione, se compri in italia devi renderlo in Francia… assurdo
Have recently bought a size T1 Omega level 2 back protector for a Bering Cobalt jacket (L). The purchase was absolutely straightforward, delivery was quick (despite being despatched from France and having to clear customs) and the back protector arrived very well packaged in protective paper and a strong cardboard box. There were frequent messages from iCasque and the courier (DHL) to update on progress of the order. Very impressed with the service provided by this company and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them in the future.
Note: I searched UK suppliers for months looking for a size T1 protector but all were out of stock. I was eventually told the Omega had been discontinued but they couldn’t recommend an alternative despite selling Bering jackets. Very happy to have found iCasque.
I ordered a Pinlock anti fog visor insert, for a DMD last year. When it arrived it didn't fit my helmet, I intially assumed the error was iCasque, but it turned out I'd ordered the wrong one. iCasque asked for photos of my helmet and identified the right Pinlock, something I'd been unable to do. They provided clear instructions for return. Ordered me a replacement and sent it at their cost. Fantastic customer service, I think Giorgia may have been my point of contact. I'd highly recommend using them.
Dopo aver fatto un ordine mi arriva la merce con una taglia sbagliata faccio il reso e mi assicurano che mi Ri spediranno il prodotto ma dopo una telefonata al call center vengo a sapere che il prodotto che avrebbero dovuto rispedirmi è disponibile solamente tra tre settimane, Avrei gradito almeno una telefonata per essere avvisato.
Son unos estafadores anuncian algo lo pagas y luego t dicen q no está q compres otra cosa. Que es un fallo informático. No es mi problema quiero lo q compre y por lo q pague y si no llego a ponerme en contacto con ellos ni me informan. Todavía seguiría esperando. Q asco d tienda. Llamar antes por si tienen más errores y el q se jode eres tú. Además la atención es pésima.
Ho avuto dei piccoli problemi con il mio nuovo casco acquistato da terzi e difficilmente trovavo dei ricambi ufficiali in giro (trattandosi di una marca in crescita in più un casco uscito sul mercato da pochissimo). Su iCasque ho trovato tutto cio che mi serviva, in un totale di 6 giorni dall'ordine (contando il giorno d'acquisto) ho ricevuto tutto in perfetto stato, partendo dalle mail di conferma al tracking fino alla consegna effettiva. Mi sono fidato principalmente per la presenza del paypal visto che non è un sito cosi famoso e recensito, però acquisterò sicuramente ancora!

Perfetto e-seller se non fosse per una cosa sola: non mandano e-mail di conferma per l'avvenuto acquisto e non mandano neanche il tracker.
Ovviamente, andando a controllare nel loro sito, si ha sia la conferma dell'ordine sia un link dove controllare lo stato della spedizione.
Basta poco per essere eccellenti ma, comunque sia, è molto consigliato!
