Au début, tout me semblait assez complexe, mais les vidéos m’ont aidé à mieux comprendre. Je me sens désormais plus confiant.

Jeudi, j'ai été invitée par mon gestionnaire de compte au siège de l'entreprise en tant que cliente VIP, et j'ai été particulièrement impressionnée par ce que j'ai vu. Je m'attendais à découvrir une scène tout droit sortie du film Le Loup de Wall Street, avec un gestionnaire de compte aux faux airs de Leonardo DiCaprio. À la place, j'ai découvert des locaux qui ressemblaient bien plus aux bureaux de la série Billions, et un conseiller qui faisait davantage penser à Damian Lewis qu'à Leo. Merci à ICBC Markets pour cet après-midi formidable. Merci également de m'avoir aidée à créer mon portefeuille crypto et de m'avoir appris à retirer mes fonds directement dessus, sans passer par une banque ni par les sociétés de carte de crédit.

Ik had verwacht dat de verificatie langer zou duren, maar alles was dezelfde dag nog afgerond. Dat ging veel sneller dan ik had gedacht.

Ik gebruik mijn telefoon veel vaker dan mijn computer, dus een goede app is belangrijk voor mij. Deze werkt soepel, is eenvoudig te gebruiken en loopt niet vast.

I'm actually adding this review to help other community members and save them the trouble I have gone thru when trying to withdraw my funds to my bank account: after couple months of automated trading, I reached my first milestone and decided to withdraw half the profits accumulated. I didn't really need the money nor was it a smart move considering the market condition. But, I wanted to make sure I could easily withdraw my profits. I had to feel my initial profits before committing myself further. And guess what - I couldn't withdraw a penny. My withdrawal requests were declined. It took few declines to realize that I had to upload valid ID and proof of address before submitting a request for withdrawal for the first time. Meantime, I was in panic and bombarding the company with emails. That was during the weekend. But, once my account manager got back to me on Monday explaining that verifying my account by uploading my documents was in order to protect me and my funds from an identity theft. The matter was resolved and I received my funds faster than I imagined I will. So, please make sure you upload your valid ID and a utility bill proving your address before submitting your first withdrawal request. BOL

Hab spät nachts eine Anfrage geschickt und ehrlich gedacht, ich müsste bis zum nächsten Tag warten. Hab aber ziemlich fix eine Antwort bekommen und die haben mein Einzahlungsproblem in so 5 Min gelöst.
