Iceland Air - PLEASE can you help me! I booked flights with you via Go to Gate from Manchester to Keflavik on Sat 11 February 2033. Unfortunately after 2 delays, the flights were moved to the afternoon of the next day (well over 5 hours delay so I’m entitled to refund). I requested a refund that night from Go to Gate as we decided not to travel. Since February, Go to Gate have been telling me that You are not processing their refund request so they cannot give me my money back. I am owed just under £2k for these flights which is a lot of money.
I need to find out what is going on! Are Go to Gate telling me lies in that they haven’t requested the refund from you, or are you holding up my refund??
Please can you help me? I really need the money back. I can provide more details re booking references, flight numbers, etc

I was stranded in Iceland on the 17th December due to a snow storm, Iceland air didn't sort anything out I had to do it myself, my flight was meant to fly on the Monday and it was cancelled, they rebooked my flight for the Friday even though there were multiple flights going to the uk. im now £1000 down and they still haven't given me a refund 6 weeks later, sort yourselves out. I tried contacting both Iceland air in Iceland and in the uk and they had disconnected there's phones, there was no way of contacting anyone

Customers always slate airplanes for bad service.

This was our first flight with Icelandair. We read the reviews good and bad an decided to book a flight from Dublin to Denver Colorado.

We on our way to America for Thanksgiving in Scottsdale Arizona and Xmas in the Rocky Mountains. Our trip started from Monday 21st Nov

Rather than listen to negative reviews about an airline book a flight and experience it yourself.

Can’t fault the service
Quality combined with luxury
Enough leg room
Food to order it’s no more expensive than ordering from a bistro
Airline staff were super friendly and very helpful with my wife who needs physical assistance.
Icelandic ground staff at the airport were amiable,communicative with a great sense of humour.

Would I fly with them again ? You rock Icelandair 👍👍👍👍👍
