I made an order 2 months ago and was charged more on my credit card then the amount shown at check out. I haven’t received my order. Last week they said it was delivered but from the pic they finally sent after many inquiries, I saw it was to the wrong address. They are now refusing to refund me or resend the product saying it was delivered. I wrote the address correctly- it’s their mistake. This has been a headache

The package was never delivered to me and was actually sent back to the company. There was never any attempt to get a hold of me to pick up the package, or any help given to me by the company. They would not refund my order in its entirety nor would they resend the package without me paying for the order again. They are frauds and use extortion methods to get money out of you for an order that you've already paid for and don't receive. I definitely would not recommend buying from this website whatsoever. The email responses I have gotten from their support have been rude and not far from extortion as I said. Do not buy from this website!

Fits my daughter great. Love the bows on the pockets. The button holes seemed a bit tight but I am sure with use they will loosen up. My daughter just turned 5 so she will needs help with still buttons anyways.

I love how soft and cozy this sweater is -- I ordered in black at first and then the silver white -- both are great.
