Unit is absolutely disgusting, useless product - if you purchased raise a dispute with your credit card company. Amex is aware this is a fraudulent company. There appears to not be a website, no contact details for customer service. Chinese crap again. Everyone complain to YouTube where is is advertised.

It's a scam website, what is advertising is not what you will get.
I pay by visa card and I put dispute.

Bought a £39.00 projection light of these scammers, it arrived in a poorly flimsy box, and it was biggest load of rubbish I've ever bought, a tiny little thing, basically just a light in a casing, with 3 circular images you put in , absolutely rubbish could hardly see the images very small, that's it's, I could of bought a far superior one on Temu, for half the price, I won't ever buy from this E-commerce company, Chinese rubbish,

Thought I'd get the small USB projector devices for the grandchildren and opted for the 3 qty price. Bad idea as these projectors are nothing like advertised or promised. The projection which is, firstly - blurred and awful and secondly - the size of the projection - a tiny torch with weak battery could make on your ceiling or wall areas. I reckon the size of the awful image projection is about 10 inches across diameter from a distance of 7 ft
Vastly over hyped and vastly deceiving. Overall - a big fat lie.
The goods are appalling and not fit for purpose.
So much so that under UK law being "not fit for purpose" the seller has to refund the lot AND are liable to collect the goods. Furthermore the selling company cannot demand that buyer has to send them back at their expense. The seller has to arrange collection!
These are UK buyer rights.
Therefore, I intend getting my credit card company simply to reverse the transaction.
As I use American Express - they are extremely good at doing this sort of thing. One of the reasons we use AE for all our purchases where possible. I have nothing but respect and praise for American Express credit card system.
I'm not sure about other products sold by Icettry but I suspect they are equally appalling.
In fact I would rename these scammers' company "Nice Try" alluding to their attempt to deceive.
I suspect they trade on the knowledge that buyers can't be assed to challenge the mis sold sale. They, the scam company, assume, I guess, that the 5% or 10% that pursue them to the bitter end can be offset by the 90% or so sales that will just write it off as a bad deal. Not a bad way to unethically make easy money.
I'm in the 5-10% willing to knock these idiots out of the ball park. I'm more cross at my gullibility at going there in the first place. Have I learned nothing in my long life?
Unless we stand up to these grifters they will continue their cheating, lying and deceiving. Let's call it what it is.
I hope that these sort of reviews at least will warn others BEFORE they fall into the mud and slime.

My husband ordered from icettry without checking the reviews. The product arrived and does not do what the description says it does. It states you can watch a ceiling full of images either planets or sealife, which rotates. The display only goes to the size of a small dinner plate and rotates if you use your fingers. Totally misleading of what it does. On a positive my husband will read reviews before ordering a total waste of £36

It’s the biggest piece of crap I’ve bought in years. Last time I buy anything off YouTube and/or TikTok. Doesn’t look anything like the picture!!!!

Received my order. Waited patiently in anticipation.
Beyond disappointed. Most devices no longer use USB connectors yet all four ports are USB. Have used your product on all of my devices and none improved in speed of charging or battery life plus so many of my cords are not compatible. Non imaginative in design as no variance of cording that can be used. Shame on your company. Bought 3 units. One for me and 2 for our children. Needless to say not worth giving to our children as NONE of their devices use the WIDE USB port.

This is another gimmick. It didn’t do anything for my phone but charge it. The advertisement said it would give me more battery life it didn’t. I would not want to buy this ever because it’s a gimmick to me.

Don’t buy this product it does not FAST CHARGE YOU PHONE. I have a fast charger and when compared with product it’s charge 30 minutes less the my fast charger. They are a rip off. STAY AWAY. $40.00 for nothing what a waste

Stay away from this product it gets extremely hot for 1 and my dewalt charger charges 4 times faster. it’s junk when hooked up I got a message on iPhone it’s charging extremely slow. So I took it apart and you know it it’s got a transformer step down and diode to convert ac to dc that’s it no special electronics they are liars don’t be fooled.

I order this 4 slot phone charger.That's supposed to have electronics in it.To keep your battery from Going Bad early, Supposed to charge your phone fast. Well , it does not , it's just a four Port 3.1 V charger, nothing more than that. Don't buy this. It cost me $42. I already have chargers here that go faster than this thing, it's a waste of money. And it doesn't have any electronics inside of it other than just charging your phone, another YouTube commercial rip-off. Save your money!!
