They were quick to issue me a store credit for a broken hockey stick, however they failed to post my negative review that I left for the product (Tovi stick which broke immediately), which leaves me to question how honest any of their reviews are.
Pending charge, but no confirmation. Found out later my order wasn’t even processed after contacting them. They seemed to know that this is a common occurrence with Apple Pay transactions… IMO be honest with your customers if something is not working don’t leave it up and hope for the best. I could have easily used my actual card. Support was available fast, but repeated their is nothing they can even do about the situation.
Ordered online . Great price and hockey skates arrived as promised . Great product . I will be recommending this company to anyone that is in the market for hockey products . Thank you Ice Warehouse !
So i placed an order on 5th November and received my package 9th November
I couldn’t be happier, product was as described and arrived well packaged and with no custom fees
Terrible attention. They cancelled the first order because I had to acknowledge an email that I never received. Second order has never been sent because they supposedly haven't received the payment from PayPal (ridiculous). Now they have a mess with both orders requesting new payment for the first one when they have never cancelled the second.
I have ordered a complete set since 16th Feb (1 month and 1 week). Half of the order has been delivered. The other half has been still going through a painful process. There are 50 emails back and forth, and the order was canceled once due to one of the items was delayed. I was asked to redo the order and I did it again on 1st March. Yesterday I was told that the shoes that I ordered were not available while waiting for the shipment to be done. It's really a painful process and now the items were processed without the shoes while I have replied to the customer service that I would go with 2 other options or whatever shoes that are available.
By now there have been 55 emails in total and my order has not been solved. May I ask someone to check my last order: 2440877
I must say your company has to review the processes as the experience can be very painful for the customers who desperately need their ice hockey equipment.
I've been buying stuff from them for years. Never had a bad experience. I'm surprised to hear negative reviews.
On August 24, 2021 I purchased 2 Sherwood hockey sticks. Today is September 27, 2021. I still have not received the sticks. I just looked at the "tracker" and saw that the sticks are not due to arrive until October 2, 2021. I live in California. This is the 3rd time the date has been pushed back. I called to complain the first week but was willing to wait for what seemed like custom-made sticks. I exchanged words on the chat line after 3 weeks, basically believing "Ice Warehouse" is just a teenager operating out of his mom's basement. Now I am truly concerned that I lost $200 on those sticks. I am about to report this as a fraud to my credit card company.
Very unhappy with service and delivery of this shop. I haven't received my order (2 month already ended) and the shop doesn't want to return me money. Will never buy from them.
Absolutely terrible service. I will never buy from them anything ever again. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.
I ordered a helmet and a pair of skates from them and they sent them to my house. I kept the helmet but decided to return the skates because they weren't as good as I expected. I asked for a return label and they sent me one. In the box they sent the skates and helmet (which I bought and kept) I returned a different helmet that I had purchased from them. I was doing them a favor and the environment a favor by not using two different boxes to make the returns. For my consideration they charged me $15 shipping fee because I included the helmet in what otherwise would have been a half-empty box being sent back.
I called to ask they fix their error and spoke with one of the managers (Stephen) who listened to me and told me that he can't help me because the shipping label was for the skates only.
SO: I bought a helmet from them for $200 and to thank me they charged me $15 to include an item in a box that would otherwise have been sent half empty.
Way to take care of your customers and the environment!
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I ADVISE OTHERS TO STAY AWAY AS WELL!!
I'm a hockey player in the UK and as there are next to no decent hockey shops in the London area I, along with most of my team, order gear online.
The major problems with ordering from the US are shipping charges and import VAT which normally make small orders like tape & wheels pointless. However Ice warehouse offer a world shipping option for $15 on small orders which is a lot more affordable. Always happy with their service, easy recommendation.
