The jewelry I got was actually very good quality and very nice especially for the price, and on my second order when the shipping partner lost my package. Icey pyramid made it right by sending a replacement. I’m not gonna lie I was skeptical at first but then I seen that they are definitely 100% legit. I look forward to purchasing from them again

Worst experience ever

There shipping is absolutely terrible, you will be lucky if you actually get the product and there customer service is even worse..they won't give you any information and if you try to ask for a refund they will stop contacting you all together. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS BOGUS SITE!

To clarify, there has not been a single customer who requested a return and did not receive a refund. There has also not been any case where a customer did not receive their product without the issue being resolved. If there is ever a problem, we address it promptly and make it right.

Following our review of this matter, we searched our system and found no record of any customer under the name “Sean Miller” or the email provided after requesting additional information regarding this review. We also requested the order number, which has not been provided. While it is extremely rare for an incorrect item to be sent, any such occurrence is promptly corrected at no additional cost. It is not possible for multiple items to be dispatched incorrectly. Our return process operates efficiently, and when a customer chooses to return an item within the designated return period, we always honor their request for either an exchange or a refund.

Garbage

Garbage! Purchase the chain and bracelet the set. After one use and one week the clasp on the bracelet wont lock. They won't return any emails for an exchange basically just sold me a piece of trash. A horrible company that makes horrible jury.Don't buy from them. This review is not misleading.It's a hundred percent facts. The fact that you're lying about your product and on emails, ridiculous. The order did not come from this email address it came from my wife's so that's how I know you're lying because it wasn't purchased to this email. And a report was i filed about the bracelet with no response going on day 3. Scam company.

Our customer, Adam, placed an order on August 1, which was delivered successfully. At no point did he contact us regarding any issue with his item. We’ve thoroughly checked our records—no exchange request, no complaint, no email about the bracelet.

The only message we received from Adam was before his purchase, asking if he could use two discount codes on the same order.

We always stand behind our pieces and handle every issue promptly—but we can’t help if no communication is made. This review is misleading and doesn’t reflect the actual situation.

Fraudulent company

I made a customized purchase that took over two months to arrive although the website stated 4 to 7 days. They are very unprofessional and there is no way to reach customer service. They appear to be a fraudulent company. I attempted to make another purchase a few months later to give them the benefit of the doubt and they cancelled my order but still took my money. I just filed a claim with my bank for a refund. I will never shop with icey pyramid again.

We’d like to clarify this situation.

Rodney Williams placed four separate orders with us throughout the year—on March 4 (two orders), April 15 (two orders) and successfully received all of them without issues.

The order he’s referring to, placed on August 10, was automatically canceled due to a high fraud risk, which usually indicates a stolen or unauthorized card attempt. No charge was captured—his payment was voided immediately, and we clearly informed him via email that the pending transaction would return to his account within 2–3 business days. We also provided safe alternate payment options to re-order if he wanted to.

Despite this, just five minutes after receiving that cancellation notice, Rodney left this 1-star review. This is a false accusation and clear defamation due to being upset that the order was rejected for security reasons.

Rodney has ordered four times throughout the year and received every order. He knows firsthand that we deliver fast, respond quickly, and stand behind our products.

I received an update that my package


I received an update that my package was delivered ( after nearly 2 weeks of waiting although it states 4-7 days) I am a first time customer and as soon as I received a notification that my package was delivered it was in fact not delivered and I reached out to the company they did not get back to me for 12 hours and suggested I filed a claim with USPS and I attempted to do so and it required an address from the company and they failed to provide that information. I then decide to file a dispute with my bank and iceypyramid finally gets back to me to inform me they received a notification of a dispute from my account and that they will be taking legal actions and I made it clear I have made effort to communicate with them and when I took their suggestion they failed to provide me with the information needed and they continued to ignore the rest of my emails and I have not heard from them since. I have not received any packages and I am not receiving any responses from the company. They have been unprofessional and lack in communication and falsify the expected time frame of delivery date.

False. You waited until I disputed through my bank to then offer me a refund and I continued forward with the dispute and you did not want it to effect the company negatively. I asked if you were still offering the refund I would’ve removed the dispute as it take 90 days for information from both parties and investigation. But as a first time customer. Never again. You hide all the reviews that were posted on facebook and those included real time reviews and you had quite a bit of negative reviews from other customers with the same situation. I just spoke more into details regarding my personal experience.

terrible shipping and purchase

terrible shipping, do not answer emails or phone calls, terribly slow on shipping and receiving order, say it takes 4-7 days to receive but it's way longer than the date they say, first order was ripped apart and stolen and they can't do anything to help out, the second I file a claim they won't send a refund but send out a second order that takes longer than the first order, still won't answer my emails but post on instagram, terrible website to buy from don't waste your time our money

In your case, the original package was reported as stolen, and you provided a USPS damage letter that originated from a completely different state—one that had no connection to your package's actual shipping route. It was clear the document was not related to your shipment.

Despite this, we still chose to send a full replacement as a gesture of good faith. Your second order also experienced USPS delays, which we communicated about consistently and responded to across more than 20 emails.

THEY WONT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS

I ordered a custom piece with a necklace and the 1st package they sent got stolen in the mail. I filed a police report and showed them the proof so they resent the items and I didn’t care for the necklace and wanted to return it. I didn’t ask to return the custom piece because it states that custom pieces are non-returnable so I was OK with that.At 1st they offered me 2 options either keep the necklace and get 100% store credit for it or return the necklace and have my credit card refunded. I told them I wanted to return it and have my card refunded. They came back and said since it was a replacement sent out that they won’t accept the return now and I can get 30% off my next order. It wasn’t my fault. The first one got stolen in the mail. I’m pretty sure they’re just pissed that I wanted the refund instead of keeping the necklace and getting store credit. Or else why would they say that in the first place now they won’t respond to any of my emails of me asking where to send the necklace so I can get my refund and they say they respond to emails within 24 hours I’ve been sending them emails for almost 2 weeks now and no response when it clearly states on their website free returns within 30 days of receiving the item. Place is bogus.
