Die Bewertung von Georg entspricht haargenau den Erfahrungen, die wir im Februar auch gemacht haben.

HÄNDE WEG von diesem Händler!!!!!

Bitte lasst die Finger von dieser Firma. Zuerst einmal steht kurz nach der Bestellung die Sendungsverfolgung auf "in Zustellung", als dann aber nach einer Woche nichts kommt/sich verändert, fragt man per Email mal nach. Eine Antwort gibt es zwar zeitnah und dann erst ging das in den Niederlanden bestellte Produkt von China aus auf die Reise. Nachdem dann das Produkt angekommen ist, habe ich festgestellt, dass es defekt ist, bzw. das Uhrladeteil nicht geht. Deshalb wollte ich das defekte Gerät zurückgeben und vom Kauf zurücktreten. Per Email wurde mir gesagt, ich habe zwar wegen des Defekts ein Anrecht auf eine kostenlose Rücksendung, aber der Einfachheit halber solle ich die Rücksendekosten nach Niederlande erst mal selbst tragen und ich bekomme dann den Produktpreis und die Rücksendekosten zusammen erstattet. Vergesst es, nach vielen Emails hin und her, in denen man durch leere Versprechungen unnötig hingehalten wird, stellt man irgendwann fest, dass man richtig verarscht worden ist und man überhaupt keine Rücküberweisung bekommt. Durch das Einschalten von Paypal bekommt man zwar irgendwann den Produktpreis wieder, aber auf den 12,90€ Rücksendekosten bleibt man definiv sitzen.
Fazit: Billige Chinaware, die von Holland aus verkauft wird. Lasst bitte die Finger von dieser Firma, außer man steht auf unnützen Ärger, unnützen Emails, für blöd verkauft werden und Lehrgeld

Ordered 2 weeks ago in the UK. Still not arrived. Delivery is very poor and now I'm not even sure it's going to come. It shows the delivery has been made but also shows delivery company is outside my house for a full day trying to deliver it. All I get after contacting them is a generic message saying its on its way. Horrible company to deal with.

Mieser Service, schlechte China Qualität, Antworten kommen bis zu fünf Tagen nicht.
Das schlechte Laden der Dock Station sollte ich per Video aufnehmen. Wie denn, mit dem eigenen phone auf der Station. Ich solle doch einen Nachbarn fragen, war die Antwort.
Bekomme einfach kein returnlabel zugesandt, habe das schon dreimal angemahnt.

Keine Empfehlung für diesen Shop.

Der Kundenservice ist leider wirklich schlecht. Mein Widerruf wurde immer wieder hinausgezögert, stattdessen kamen mehrfach Mails ohne Inhalt, die den Prozess nur unnötig verlängert haben.

Man hat ständig das Gefühl, dass Zeit geschunden wird, anstatt das Anliegen einfach sauber zu klären.
Am Ende blieb mir nichts anderes übrig, als die Ware auf eigene Kosten zurückzuschicken. Ob ich mein Geld tatsächlich zurückbekomme, steht aktuell noch in den Sternen.

Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung, die mir viel Zeit und Nerven gekostet hat. Ich werde hier definitiv nicht noch einmal bestellen.

Had an email saying $60 and clicked and then changed to $104, thats not all, checked the price and found Big W sell the identical charger for $45.

THEY EVEN SAY THEY HAVE 5 STAR RATINGS HERE AND HAVE ONLY 2 .....LOL

So misleading and so so bad. Google will find you at a good price, and you can trust BIG W, can even pickup if you want.

Did not receive the product that was advertised it doesn't match the picture and the features (doesn't work with my samsung watch. I will try to get refund but I'm sure it is a scam company.

Completely unprofessional and incompetent. They ignore emails, refuse to provide a return label, and delay refunds on purpose. Feels like a scam and pure rip-off tactics. Zero customer service, zero accountability.
Stay away and do not waste your money.

I bought one before Christmas but didn't come till early January.
The 3 way charger doesnt work. It charges the phone but not other 2.
Ive emailed them and was told to send video in and answer some questions. Ive been waiting since 10th January and no one is getting back to me.
Don't buy

Horrible company. Don't buy from them, unless you don't want your item to get to you for a month. Still waiting for my dock charger that a i ordered on the 9th of January. They sent me a bad tracking# so I emailed them to find out what delay was, they gave me a new tracking#. My order was in Orlando Florida on the 21st left Orlando and went to Indiana. I live in Florida! If I could give negative stars would have!

Habe ein Charging Dock für meine Frau zu Weihnachten bestellt.
Am 17.12. bekam ich eine Mail mit Sendungsnummer. Diese Nummer konnte man leider nicht verfolgen.
Auf meine Nachfrage am 22.12. bekam ich wiederum eine andere Nummer die ebenfalls nicht zu verfolgen war.
Wollte dann per Mail stornieren.
Leider nicht möglich da angeblich versendet.
Am 02.01. kam sie dann (von Holland nach Deutschland 16Tage)
Seitdem probiere ich diese zurück zu senden. Verschiedenste Nachfragen mit Rabattangeboten und fadenscheinige Mail bei denen Sachen gefragt wurden die in der ersten Mail schon standen.

Total scam website - stay away and don't buy anything.

They sent a charging station that is barely 5 eurs worth. It does not tilt like in the picture, it is definitely not premium, it is so light that even when you want to take back your phone the whole thing comes together with the phone, the charging brick (they say on the website that it is included) was not in the package - not even a cheap one, and it was not even looking like the one on the webpage.
I contacted and they kind of do as if they will assist but then they totally ghost you!
No refund either.

Prima service. Duurde wat langer en verkeerde adapter geleverd. Netjes een nieuwe adapter nagestuurd. Ga hier zeker nog eens bestellen

Great charger. Just ordered a second one for my husband.

I purchased a Pro Edition 2-0 Charging Dock for my Samsung devices. Th e product was supplied quickly and at the advertised price. I ordered whit but when the package was opened, the Stand and Connecting Cord were white but the adaptor was black. After several e-mails, DockCharger advised that since the product had been delivered and I had not asked them to check it before it shipped!!!!!, they could not do anything. Now, they have gone quiet and I am left with a product that performs extremely well but looks ugly.

Charger arrived and had been previously opened. It didn’t come with all the original pieces. The power socket didn’t work. The customer service replied but so far hasn’t send me a new power socket but keeps asking in every email for more photos and further information. We have now been texting for 16 days. I now got the information to rest assured that they will look into it.

Order an overpriced paper weight. It doesn't hold your phone at all. It just falls off. No response from seller. They claim to be a 4 5 star dealer on TrustPilot but they aren't. Foreign company in Netherlands. Total scam. Sent email today and still waiting on a reply to make it right with a full refund or replacement with a charger that works.

I had great service from the company, in that I placed my order and it arrived relatively quickly. Its a great unit, very convenient. Declutters my bedside table having everything on charge in one place, HOWEVER.... the base unit makes a permanent barely audible yet so very annoying bleeping sound when devices aren't on it. Its like torture. Like a flea in your ear. Last night was the first night I could still hear the bleeps while my devices were on it. Might have to consider moving it to the other side of the bedroom. Nobody else can hear it! Unplugged the cable and it stopped. Very annoying- especially for the price! Still got 2 klarna payments left! Not worth the price, in my opinion.
