Good doctors and prompt service. A little more clarity on proscription format and download and query or consultation helps. On the whole very useful and satisfying service with due concern.

Answered my question promptly and succinctly. There was no beating about the bush. More elaboration would have been nice, too, but it would have been hard from the pictures I sent to do so. So, still highly commendable. And all at a good price.

The health and wellness articles on this website are great. I consult a few doctors regularly like Dentist Dr Krishna Swaroop, Gynecologist Dr Richa agarwal and Dr Punghuzialan. Quite a relief to see the detailed and in depth answers given by these doctors .

No actual treatment (prescribed medication) is provided for $49 (very expensive) for them to tell you what they think is wrong, what prescribed medications you should take BUT DONT ACTUALLY GIVE YOU PRESCRIPTIONS YOU CAN PICKUP FROM A PHARMACY!!! Waste of time and money!!! I want a refund. Thankfully I used PayPal.

Force you to follow up to pay more money
Shameless charlatans. I paid $10 to ask for help about my eye infection and they kept asking me pointless follow-up questions so that I would be forced to pay an additional $30 to get a "follow-up". Never actually answered my question even though I provided multiple details and specifically asked if I have viral conjunctivitis or not.

I had a great experience
I had a great experience. I had some questions regarding mid cycle bleeding which was quite unusual for me. It wasnt very urgent, yet I needed some clarification and peace of mind.
I don't wanted to book an appointment and pay tons of money only to hear that everythings fine.
I Clinic was great for that. One of their doctors contacted me within 24 hours and gave me some peace with his answers. I will definitely use iclinic again if needed.
Recommend !
